Photos and Description of the Lloret de Mar vacation house rental

Our lovely, cosy house is located on a 2000 m² hillside plot with Mediterranean garden. It is situated between Lloret and Tossa in a pine and cork oak wood with wonderful sea view in tranquil location. From all three, approx. 250 m², outer terraces there are stairs to the various floors. Sunny and shady settings invite you to relax. Below the house there is a large, half-covered terrace. The second bathroom is there, with washing machine and an outdoor shower. On the other side of the terrace is the large, walled barbecue area. Good comfortable garden furniture, a large sunshade and stone benches await you. The pool is 4x8 m (half in the open) and heated. The pool is maintained weekly. There is also a cold water shower by the swimming pool. On the terrace there is a table, chairs, loungers and a sun shade. A 2 m wall protects the grounds and parking place.

Our house is on an estate 2.5 km north of Lloret. In the soft hills of pine, cork oak and Scots pine, our detached house with pool stands on 2000 m², approx. 200 m above sea level. From all terraces and the house there is a lovely, unbuilt sea view as far as the woods. The house and pool are south-facing, so you get sun all day. In winter on the protected balcony you can gaze out to sea and breakfast in the sun. The garden has stone paths and is laid out with palms, oaks, pine, mimosa, cactus and flowers. It is very tranquil because there are no neighbours left or right of our house. The sandy beach in the bay of Canyelles is wonderful too, 2.5 km away with a yacht harbour. Lots of restaurants with Spanish and German food. There’s plenty of entertainment in Lloret and Tossa.

  • Final cleaning 55 Euro, breakages deposit 250 Euro. Water, electricity and pool maintenance are included. Central heating included. A breakdown of telephone costs will be deducted from the breakages deposit when the telephone bill is received (approx. 2- 3 months), pool heating per day four hours 20 Euro. Each further hour 6 Euro (reckoned per week) must be arranged in advance with owner. Bed linen and towels can be hired. Please order when booking. 15 Euro per machine. 20 % deposit, occupation of accommodation reckoned during stay. Remainder payable four weeks before arrival. One week before arrival keys and travel directions will be sent.

es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit viel Ruhe, aber auch sehr viel Spaß für uns Erwachsene und die Kinder. Jeder konnte mal für sich sein, da der Garten und die vielen verschieden gelegen Terrassen die Möglichkeit gaben. Der Ausbilck beim Frühstück auf dem oberen Balkon zum Meer ist einmalig.Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.Super......

Ein wunderschöner Garten zum Erholen und Relaxen. Man kann in Ruhe seine Mahlzeiten, das Meer und die Blumen genießen, zu jeder Tageszeit. Schöne Lage, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, Haus komplett ausgestattet, grosser Pool, Grillplatz, alles was das Herz begehrt.
Alles Top und vom Feinsten, kann man wirklich nur Weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wunderbares Haus

Die vorgenannten Bewertungen können wir alle nur voll bestätigen. Das Haus steht an einer Hanglage, viele Treppen führen auf und ab durch den wunderschön
blühenden Garten mit Blumen, Palmen und frischen
Kräutern für die Küche. Viele Terrassen und gemütliche
Ecken zum relaxen, Tischtennisplatte für das Spiel zwischendurch oder eine Runde durch den Pool.
Alles ist möglich. Der Blick auf das Meer
ist einmalig schön, ob vom Pool aus oder vom Haus.
Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, vom Wasserkocher bis zum Toaster ist alles vorhanden.
Allein der riesige Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierteil
läßt die Einkäufe und Getränke hervorragend unterbringen. Wie gesagt, ein tolles Haus, dass nur zu empfehlen ist.
Übrigens sind die Vermieter sehr nett und kümmern sich
telefonisch bei An- und Abreise um Ihre Gäste und
stehen mit Rat und Tat hilfreich zu Seite. Ein gutes Gefühl!

Traumhaft !!!

Urlaub ist, wenn man nach langer Fahrt die Türe des Ferienhauses aufmacht und sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Bei diesem Haus in Spanien ist das so. Wo sonst kann man es sich aussuchen, auf welcher der vielen Terrassen im wunderschönen mediterranen Garten man frühstücken oder abends sein Gläschen Vino tinto mit einem Stück Manchego-Käse und den köstliche Oliven genießen möchte? Der Pool – grandios. Eine Partie Tischtennis gefällig ? – klar! Auch im gemütlichen Haus ist sofort jede Minute eine Urlaubsminute. Vermissen kann der Gast nichts. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man so im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Selbst die gut bestückten Bücherregale lassen keine Wünsche offen, in der Spielekiste findet der Gast Unterhaltsames und der nächste Sightseeing-Trip kann problemlos mit all den vielen persönlichen Tipps der Gastgeber und den vielen Reiseführern problemlos vorbereitet werden.

Die Hauseigentümer haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden in Casa Petunia und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
