Clean fully furnished top floor - 4th - spacious condo located in a one mile long Island in Tampa, overlooking the sparkling waters of Tampa Bay Shore. The almost detached corner 2BR/2BA unit is situated within 5 minutes of Tampa International Airport - no airplane noise - and two major shopping malls with easy access to downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

The condo location is convenient to all area attractions and points of interest, including Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Port of Tampa, Old Hyde Park Village and Historic Ybor City. Tampa downtown is 10 minutes away and Clearwater Beach and St.Petersburg Beach is a mere 15 minute drive.

The condo features direct water view, full kitchen, one king size bed, one Queen size bed,a sofa-sleeper and private balcony. Cable and wireless internet access is provided.

The entire first floor is a covered parking lot and elevators are provided.

Guests love our breezy ambience and the spectacular west coast sunset.

The property was just as described and the photos were accurate. The owner and manager were great to deal with and everything was great. We stayed for 30 days and loved every minute. There were all sorts of stores and restaurants within 20 minute driving distance. I would love to book it again for next year. They even left us cold water and a bottle of wine. TV is now high definition and my husband loved it after watching the sunset each night.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The owner was helpful and supplied all necessary information. The property was well maintained and supplied with everything we needed. I am very picky, and it could have used a little more cleaning in the corners. However, it was as clean as most good hotels. It is conveniently located and had adequate parking for many of our visiting family members. The onsite laundry facilities were a plus. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay, the view was magnificent! We enjoyed the pool and beach area. The condo was very nice and suited us well. There was a shuttle for short distances which we used to go to local restaurants. We had education at the convention center which was easy to get to and a very short ride to downtown. I would definitely recommend this property.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The size and amenities of the unit were perfect for our family of four with a teen and a pre-teen. Enough personal space for everyone & kitchen was great (micro, full fridge, stove/oven). The view was gorgeous. Loved being able to sit right on condo porch each night/morning to watch sunset/sunrise. Pool was very well-kept/clean and open long hours for us to enjoy. Location was right near highways, so other areas easy to get to. The owner was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind. He asked for ways to improve & took our couple minor suggestions & implemented them. Also went very out of his way to locate something we left behind and shipped it to us quickly. We recommend this condo for vacationing families, but could even see staying there in other situations (business, etc.)

Our experience rating was average. The room was not sparkling, but just okay in terms of cleanliness. It had the necessary/adequate supplies. The carpet was folded near the entry which caused a few miss-steps and could be considered dangerous. The location was excellent for our 4-member family, and the parking was adequate. The pool and beach areas were excellent. It was adequate for the price.

I made a mistake of putting an extra piece of left over carpet, over newly installed carpet next to the entrance door. The subject piece is no longer there.
