It was the perfect for a family gathering.
Two nice bedrooms with big beds was perfect for two couples.
Great location, quiet, everything we needed.
The pool was perfect for those hot afternoons.
First visit to the islands and think we found the perfect place.

We stayed at Malulani Hale in Kona, Hawaii for 8 nights. The property was spacious (there was 7 of us), clean, well decorated and had every amenity we could think of. It is well cared for, the reservation process was simple with friendly assistance with every question we had. We would absolutely recommend Kona Vacations (in fact, we already have twice!) for anyone looking to stay in Kona. We'll be back!

Paradise!

These owners have thought of it all! From the beach & pool toys/snorkel gear to the new linens and fully stocked kitchen with all the extras. Enjoyed many sunsets from the front deck (one of three patios!) while relaxing and having a BBQ. All the bedding and towels are new, including big beach towels to take in the large insulated beach bag to the beach...I told you they thought of everything! Two comfy king beds so there was no fighting among the couples for the big bed! The pool was such an added bonus to cool off at the end of the day...a must for kids. Yard and pool maintance was taken care of during our stay to maintain this immaculate property. Great central but quiet location with town a few minutes away and grocery and starbucks even closer. It was such a comfortable, clean and functional place to call home and we were so sad to leave! I was traveling with my husband and kids (ages 5 and 7) and my sister's family. We will definitely be back to Kona and this vacation house again! Thank you for sharing your bit of paradise with us!

Lovely Home - Great Location!!!

The property is just as it appears in the photographs. It's west facing, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets as well as seeing the cruise ships as they visited. All of the amenities we needed were provided, & it's an A+ in comfort & cleanliness. It's located just up the hill from the quaint beachfront area that has all of the wonderful shops & restaurants, yet it's in a secure gated area which I prefer. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends & relatives & plan on staying there again myself.

The Big Island is our favorite vacation spot, it has it all...and this beautiful home has it all as well. We brought 6 grandchildren (ages 10-18) with us and they loved staying here as much as we did. The setting is amazing, a wonderful view of Kailua Kona and spectacular sunsets over the ocean. When not at the beaches (with boogie boards and snorkel gear in the house), the kids enjoyed time in the pool. This home has every amenity for a family, is immaculate in a quite gated community yet close to town. We certainly recommend it to anyone heading to Kona.
