1 bedroom unit at oxford manor apartments, 12-16 oxford road, Kingston 5 (new Kingston). The unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment (sleeps 2) within a gated complex which is manned by a security guard.
The apartment has two air conditioning units, one inside the bedroom and one in the living/dining room. It has hot and cold water for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, 30 inch electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, plates, knives, forks, spoon etc. For meals you can cook at the apartment or you can access a number of restaurants that are within walking distance. The living room area is furnished with a TV with lots of cable channels, a love seat (sofa) and a dining set. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV - also with cable channels. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also unlimited high speed internet (wireless included) inside the apartment.
The apartment complex has a laundry room with a coin operated washer and dryer. There are also clothes lines available. The apartment complex is ideally located in new Kingston with restaurants (including fast food restaurants such as KFC, burger king, pizza hut), entertainment spots (sports bars and night clubs), a park (emancipation park) with jogging trail - all within walking distance. The furnished apartment is comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and the location is safe.

The main feature of this property is its convenient location, in the vicinity of so many amenities. If you do not have your own transportation then this is the right vacation location for you. And if you do have a vehicle, there's a parking spot waiting for you. Either way, you'll be fine.
Location, location, location!
For a day of sunshine and sea breeze visit Fort Clarence Beach, within 10 miles of this accommodation (taxi can be recommended/ arranged). For culture, visit The Little Theatre (within 15 minutes walk). For local cuisine visit Jamrock Restaurant on Knutsford Blvd (6 - 8 minutes walk) or Chelsea Jerk Centre (12 minutes walk). For the nightclub scene there is The Quad. For a quiet day in the park visit Emancipation Park (2 minutes walk), Devon House (which has a restaurant and world-famous ice-cream parlour - 20 - 30 minutes walk; you may need transportation for this one) and Hope Gardens (about 15 minutes drive).
