Belleair Sands is a quiet, 24 unit three story condo with private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Unit has been recently upgraded with new kitchen, baths and tile floors. Balcony with beach/Gulf of Mexico views. Private parking space. Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach are minutes away and offer fine restaraunts, shopping, boating, fishing, and other watersports. Professional sports teams in both Tampa and St. Petersburg approximately 30 minutes away. Clearwater and Dunedin are spring training homes to the Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays respectively. St. Petersburg is home to several museums including the Dali Museum. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 1 hour away and Disney World/Sea World in Orlando is approximately 90 miles away.
