A quiet paradise perfectly located just minutes form hiking, biking, skiing and the Village at Squaw Creek.

Only 5 miles from Tahoe City and 10 Miles form Truckee, it's perfectly situated between all the great summer activities Tahoe has to offer.

This non-smoking condo has a fully-equipped kitchen and a warm wood burning stove. Comfortably sleeping four with a Queen size bed and Queen size sofa / sleeper, and shared coin-operated washers and dryers on the building's ground floor. Wi-fi is available but not included.

Great Condo!

This Condo was beautiful, and well maintained. It was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location to get to all of the fun, summer activities Tahoe has to offer. It was only 5 min walking distance to The Village at Squaw. Close the the 89, and to the Truckee River. The area was very quiet, serene and relaxing. I would recommend this condo for couples and for couples with small children. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner, Jon was very helpful and accomodating. The pictures do not do this place justice, I would certainly stay here again for my next Tahoe Visit, I reccomend it over the Village. I have stayed there also in the past. Choose this place for a nice relaxing getaway for you and your loved ones!

Beautifully remodeled condo, great location

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 16 month old daughter and my husband. Jon was very prompt in getting back to us to set it all up. The condo is in a great location. It isn't at the village but a really pretty 3-5 minute walk. The condo overlooks a creek and is very quiet. We'd love to rent again in the winter! Thanks Jon!

Clean, tastefully remodeled condo

We spent a fantastic 4th of July weekend in this wonderfully remodeled condo. Surprised at the easy walking distance to Squaw's gondola and village. The whole condo was clean with serene modern furnishings. The bed and sofabed were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner was very prompt and helpful. I have been raving about it to friends. Inexpensive rate, especially for the quality of the condo (and for accepting pets). Next time, will bring bikes for the scenic paved trails close by. And chairs to sit by the river/creek (next to condo). Hopefully Truckee river will be open for rafting. Had a gourmet meal at Stella's in Truckee. Highly recommend this condo for singles, couples, and/or families!
