Boggy Sands is a unique development with private beach access to Boggy Sand Beach, the most beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach.
The Boggy Sands development will consist of 20 luxurious and spacious condos. Each of the 20 condos will have 3 Beds & Den with 4 Bathrooms and is approximately 2400sq feet.

Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach (SMB) and has only private homes on the beach with no hotels or tourist complexes nearby.
It is tranquil, private and has breath takingly beautiful turquoise water.
Boggy Sand Beach borders with Cemetery Beach, which is one of the few shaded beaches and a Marine Park that offers the best snorkeling on Island. The former USS Kittiwake Navy ship, is situated in the marine park. The ship was sunk purposely in 2011, to form a coral reef and is now a popular dive site.
The Boggy Sands development will be constructed on a 2.4-acre lot located off Boggy Sand Road.
Construction will commence on 1 May 2015, with Phase 1 completed by March 2016.
This luxury development will have a total of only 20 condos once completed.

Each condo will have approximately 20 Feet minimum of lush Garden in front of their living area. Some condos will have partial ocean views.
Boggy Sand Road is a quiet, dead end road. It represents true island living, with a mixture of beautiful cottages and stunning multi million dollar mansions, sharing this unique area.

Foster’s Food Fair only a 4 min. walk away, for all your grocery needs.

Quite, beautiful and luxury.
Quite beach and 2.4 Acre of landscaped gardens.
Great location, condo itself was just as it appeared on the website. The room with two beds is a Den so there is no closet or place for clothes. Condo was clean and beds very comfortable. Patio could have been lovely to use but the construction and noise were overwhelming. The garden area you see in the photos was gone and the lot under major construction with heavy equipment, work trailers, trucks, workmen etc.. The pool was completely open to the construction site when we arrived and although we arrived on Sat. and were told that the pool fence would be completed by Monday, it was Wednesday before we had a quiet day. People continued to come in and out of the area every day at all times for the remainder of our trip. We had received an e-mail the day we traveled to tell us about the fence needing to be finished but nothing about the condo being in the middle of a full scale construction site. The constant stream of workmen around the place made us unable to use pool or walk freely outside. This was our first disappointing rental with Homeaway. The owner got us a lovely boat ride to make up for the noise etc. but this was not the relaxing vacation spot we were expecting and if told in advance we would have gone elsewhere. It's not a nice feeling when you feel like you've been taken for a ride and a pity as we loved the Island and the people.
My family and I stayed here in March and it was such a great experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had every amenity you could think of, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler. Our days consisted of eating breakfast at the condo, then packing up our things for the beach, which is just a VERY short distance (right across the road), spending half the day at the beach and then coming back to cool off and spend time by the pool, which is absolutely beautiful. We were amused by the iguanas that show their faces every once in a while by the pool!
Ruaneik who is the helper at the condo was right there to make sure we had everything we needed and he even got coconuts for us so we could try the coconut milk inside! If we needed anything, he was always right there for us and very pleasant!
The owners are very accommodating to our needs and were very helpful in where things are on the island and had great recommendations, especially for Stingray City. That was absolutely the highlight of our trip!
We loved the condo itself. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable in every way. We had one of the upper units and we used the deck for lounging or eating dinner, all while you can hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach. It really is a luxury condo and truly loved our stay here. And yes, we will definitely stay here again! It was even better than expected!
My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We had an amazing time and the condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch. It was a quick walk to the beach which allowed us to come in for lunch every day. The apartment had chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and the use of a stand up paddle board. We were also really happy with the location of the condo. We were able to take a bus into town for $2 a person for dinner, but felt like we had our own private beach. Walking along the beach it also seemed liked the nicest beach in the area. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a short cab ride to others. Also, we found it really helpful that the supermarket was almost next door, allowing us to make multiple trips to restock!
This being the 2nd year in a row renting we are again extremely satisfied with the property,the condo itself(Windsong #3)and the great proximity to Seven Mile beach and Georgetown.I would consider this a luxury unit with all the necessary amenities to make a persons stay stress free.Thanks again the Bote's
We just returned from a wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands. The location is in the West Bay and steps from beautiful Seven Mile Beach. You can walk to a grocery store or a few restaurants and the Heritage Kitchen is not to be missed for some authentic Cayman cuisine in a casual environment. The condo itself is accurately represented on the web site and was well appointed. Although there were 6 adults there was plenty of room. The kitchen is spacious with lots of work space for food prep. There is an outside porch for dining or just relaxing. Snorkeling equipment, kayaks and a paddle board were also available for use.
Morne, the host, could not have been more responsive. From my initial contact and throughout the rental procedure he promptly responded to all my questions.
I would recommend this rental property without hesitation. We hope to be back!
We loved our stay at the condo! It was SO close to the beach which was perfect. Morne was super accomodating. He provided so many things for our toddler that we didn't have to bring anything, which was such a nice change from our usual travel. The condo was well appointed and had everything we could need. It was also walking distance from a grocery and two restaurants that were delicious. Morne really thought of everything!
I think the only thing I would change is more chairs by the beautiful pool:)

• For a refund (less $200) at least 90 days notice in writing is required.
• For a refund (less $300) over Xmas/New Year and Easter holidays 90 days written notice is required.
• With less than 90 days to arrival there is no refund
Minimum Age Requirements
Any guest booking a Villa property must be a minimum of 25 years old. Windsong will only accept occupancy by a group with a least one guest of 25 years or older.
Windsong allow all stay on the complex. Children have to be supervised by their parents at all times when using the complex pool. There is no life guard on duty.
Paddle Boards, Kayaks etc is used at your own risk and the owners cannot be held responsible for injuries.
In an unforeseen situation only (eg: property sold or damaged, etc), it may be necessary to transfer guests to alternate accommodations.
We will make every effort to notify guests prior to arrival should this occur and will endeavour to transfer guests to similar or better accommodations.
Our guests are our priority and we endeavour to make the booking process as easy as possible. We will do everything in our power to secure similar or better accommodations in the instance of a transfer, as we ultimately want our guest happy with the move. However, if, for any reason, we are unable to find anything suitable to move the guest to (ie: nothing similar, suitable or available), then the guest will be notified and a full refund will be given at that time. If this occurs, Windsong sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
The cost of any damage/loss NOT reported to Windsong within 24 hours of the guest arrival at the villa/condo will be taken from the 10% deposit held. All properties are NO Smoking; if you smoke in any of our prop
