Owner Description/Comments: For the last ten years, we’ve travelled the world working for Cirque du Soleil.

We have visited more than 200 major cities in about 120 countries.

After all those years, working with 150 people from many different nationalities, and living in all kind of places: apartments, houses, hotels (from 2 to 5 stars) for weeks at a time; We know people needs!

As native Montrealers, we will give you a list of our personal favorites: restaurants, museums, micro-brewery, grocery stores, for any budget (large or small).

We wanted to offer a place for travelers to stay where they could enjoy all that Montreal has to offer. We are really proud to be able to offer you this studio-loft and will do everything we can to help you during your stay to make it memorable. I had a wonderful week staying in this clean, lovely studio condo near St. Laurent and Sherbrooke West. No on-site parking, but a walker's paradise! Location is ideal for walking to everything downtown and for riding the green line metro, located across the street! Also, walk to the bus station, rail station, and airport bus stop. Finishes look brand new, including porcelain fixtures, granite countertops, and wood floors. Fantastic views of the Place des Arts through big East-facing windows. Several grocery stores and drugstores nearby and a well equipped kitchen (lacking only a microwave oven) make this a great place to eat in.

Condo includes a washing machine and drying rack (no dryer), iron and ironing board, and even an umbrella for rainy days! This condo is in a heavily trafficked area, with persistent street noise and a cafe on the ground floor of the building. Street people begging for money occupy the area both day and night, but crime does not seem to be a problem.

Great Apartment!

This is a great studio right in the middle of everything. Everything from attractions to grocery, coffee and libations is in walking distance and the wall of windows over looks place des arts. We definitely want to come back in the summer during the festivals as they happen right there and there's a great terrace as well! The owners are very friendly and easy to work with and super helpful with their knowledge of the area. You will not be disappointed!

The location is awesome. Within walking distance to basically everything. It's the equivalent of staying next door to Lincoln center in NYC. If you walk towards he water you're in downtown and if you walk the other way you're in the college/hipster area. It's just across the street from the subway/reso, grocery store, etc. excellent coffee shop called Pikolo a couple blocks away. Isabel and Laval are great. The apt was clean and comfortable and has everything you need. You can't find a better location. My only complaint is that all the food in the direct area is either chains or very expensive. To find unique restaurants you have to walk a bit but that's ok! I highly recommend.

The Perfect Little Spot!

This is not only a fantastic little apartment in a great location, but the owners are wonderful, helpful, and friendly. We arrived very late and even so, Laval helped us to the apartment and showed us around. Before our stay, both Isabelle and Laval were more than happy to give us some tips about the city that proved very valuable.

The apartment is small. It provides a nice place to sit and eat a meal, and has the most gorgeous windows, allowing for a bright and comfortable space. It is in the heart of downtown and just across the street from a metro station, which makes it a perfect location. If you can't walk to it (which you probably can), you can take the metro!

Isabelle and Laval take very good care of the apartment. It was clean and well-stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and the table was set for us! Montreal is a fantastic city and I will definitely be contacting Isabelle and Laval next time I make a trip there, because I cannot think of a better place to stay!

Perfect Stay in Montreal

This studio is in a fantastic location in downtown. Metro is across the street, we could walk pretty much anywhere, we (two younger females) felt safe and comfortable here for just over a week. Isabelle and Laval were accommodating of our unexpectedly delayed (and therefore very late) arrival, and they provided us many fantastic recommendations for our time in Montreal. They are also extremely courteous and prompt communicators. We never had any problems getting in touch with them before or during our stay.

The studio is clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we were there during Montreal en Lumiere so there were all kinds of fun activities happening just across the street at the Place des Artes, including beautiful lights displays at night and a fireworks show during Nuit Blanche - all of which we were able to enjoy from the warmth and comfort of the studio through the huge windows. This was extra awesome because it was snowing outside, so it was nice to take a break from the cold but still be able to enjoy the sights. Due to proximity to all the action it may not have been the right choice for someone looking to go to sleep at 9pm. But that was never our intention and we loved the bustle, access and people watching.

When/if I return to Montreal I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend Isabelle and Laval and their fabulous studio to anyone looking to enjoy the city. Thanks again!
