Golf Street has a relaxed and great homely feel as soon as you walk in. It has a wonderful open plan kitchen, a stylish master bedroom and ensuite and is located in a quiet street that is very kid friendly.

What makes this house unique

The great aspect to the Golf Street house is the close proximity to every thing. Everyone enjoys the morning walks to and along the beach followed by a trip through the township for a morning coffee.

The easy flowing and relaxed spaces throughout the house make the home away from home a real treat. Two living zones allow for the kids to enjoy the spacious upstairs featuring the 2nd large living room and spacious bedrooms. Adults can relax with the relatively quiet entertaining areas downstairs.

After a wonderful day, the outside shower allows you to wash away the days sun cream and sand in a private space.

The courtyard with the servery windows creates a great connection between the outside and inside entertaining zones. A cold afternoon beer in the courtyard while watching the summer cricket on TV is another aspect to the houses’ great design and is a great way to end the day.

Having a house design that easily accommodates 2 families makes it a gorgeous and relaxing getaway home.
