The winter offers some exceptional snow days and the landscape transforms into dramatic scenery that reveals the very backbone of the land which is hidden in the lush months of the summer.
The spring, summer and fall months yet again present an ever changing canvas of the mountains and the wildflowers are a sight to be seen. A special treat starting in September is the ripening of the apple trees that are scattered throughout the 400 acres, followed shortly after by the fiery fall leaf season.

Milima Ranch offers another cabin which can be made available for larger gatherings. The cabins are conveniently located to each other and yet secluded.

For those who wish to sight see, convenient access off I-40, only 5 minutes from exit to entrance, allows for quick trips to the surrounding attractions, including Asheville and its famous Biltmore Estate, Waynesville, Maggie Valley's Cataloochee Ski Area, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountains and Lake Junaluska to name a few.
