Brand new unit in the best area to vacation on the Big Island. This luxury condo is on the second floor (Best for security) Unlike some condos in this complex, our unit has an elevator. We hand-picked this unit to give us the best view and privacy. It is at the end of the complex closest to the beach. The view from the deck is of the lake of the golf course to one side and the fairways to the other. (ocean is in the distance past the lake). We are several hundred feet from the golf course, so you do not get the noise. We also have Boogie Boards, snorkels, beach towels, beach chairs and other beach items for your enjoyment. (Loungers on the beach)
The condo is nicely appointed with granite counter tops, 2 full tile bathrooms, master bedroom with walk-in closet, new appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning (a must), deck with a view and outside stainless gas grill kitchen (private, not shared, on deck), 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, workout center and it’s own garage (that’s a premium for Big Island condo’s), free high speed cable internet, 2 cable TV’s, living room 47' 1080dpi HDTV (one in the master), DVD players, king master bed, silverware, pot, pans, coffee maker, spices, etc. all you need to live comfortably.
Master bedroom has a mission style king bed. The second bedroom has two twins that can be made into one king sized bed. There is also a queen sized hide bed. We also have a Pack & Play for the real little ones.
THE AREA: this unit is located right next to the King’s and Queen Shops and just before the entrance to the Marriott. The A-bay (Anaeho’omalu bay) is just on the other side of the Marriott (great for happy hour food and drinks, hula show). It is a short walk or you can drive 2 minutes and park at the beach access parking lot next door. This is a great bay for the family with low surf, sandy beach, rentals of kayaks, boards, snorkel, glass bottom boat, touch-lit beach etc. turtles lay up on the beach in the evening. You could really never drive and experience most of what the Big Island has to offer.
The Kings and queen shops are modern outside walking malls with restaurants (like Romano's Macaroni Grill and local venues), bars, grocery stores, clothes shops and my wife’s favorite, STARBUCKS.
Golf: there are 2 golf courses right next to the condo and many others within a few minutes drive. The Kings’ Course 18 holes was designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, par 72 and the Beach Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, par 70. We have discounts at the Kings Course.

My stay here in Waikola Beach Villas was great; the area is perfect for relaxing on the beach or just reading a good book out on the deck, which over looked a golf course and a lake. Then at night grill up a steak on the deck BBQ, nothing better. It simply worked great for me, shopping next door at the king and queen shops, with a Starbucks, and the beach just about a block away where I went paddle board surfing and snorkeling. I will be staying here again. Thanks Roger
We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of Roger's condo. It was clean and spacious and centrally located to shops and restaurants. It's within walking distance to the Marriott where we went to a luau, Sensai Sushi Restaurant was our favorite dining spot (literally across the street). We spent many hours at the pool and on the lanai which is very private, and has a great barbeque and outside kitchen. We would recommend this unit to everyone and would definitely return. Roger was fantastic to work with and answered our inquiries promptly and professionally. Aloha!!
Roger's place is perfectly located for shopping, beautiful beaches and dining. When we arrived everything in townhouse was clean, in perfect order and exactly as described. The kitchen is fully equipped and was a pleasure to use. Having access to our own grill on private lanai made dinner prep so easy and enjoyable that we grilled fresh fish more than planned. The bathrooms are big and great pebbles on floor of master shower! Although we only used the beach chairs, there were plenty of beach supplies such as noodles, boogie boards, umbrella, coolers, etc. We will definitely return to this unit as it had all we were looking for and more!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The location is great with close proximity to wonderful beaches and the condo is beautiful.
The photos showed us that we were going to stay in a beautiful suite but they did not do justice to the size of this condo. It is so much bigger than it appears in the photos. You can pack light as they have everything you need; from beach towels, umbrellas, snorkelling gear, sand toys and boogie boards in the garage to reusable shopping bags, beach bags, toiletries (in case you forget something at home) and sunscreen in the condo. The furniture and artwork was beautiful and all the rooms had little touches like a jewelry box in the bedroom to make your stay feel like home. We used both pools in the complex but enjoyed the pool closest to our building the most. A 2 minute walk through the beautiful grounds and you could cool off in the pool. Very convenient! The grounds were lush and full of colourful flowers. We also enjoyed the lanai view of the lava path, golf course and lake. Evening dinners on the lanai using the bbq made the trip very affordable. The condo's location is perfect. Queen's Market is directly across the street and the grocery store in that plaza makes it easy to walk home with your groceries. There are 2 bikes in the garage to make your way around Waikoloa but it is also very walkable. We visited the local beaches, hotels and shops walking from the condo. Kona is a short 20 minute drive south and Hapuna, Mauna Kea and other beautiful beaches are a few minutes drive to the north. Roger was easy to work with; always responded quickly to our questions, called us when we arrived to make sure everything was going well and returned our deposit within a few days of our return. We would love to go back to stay at this condo and have recommended to friends and family to go.
We stayed at the condo with our 3 kids and found it very comfortable and very clean. It was spacious enough for all of us and very well equipped for cooking your own meals. BBQ on the lanai was heavenly. The grounds are lush with Hawaiian vegetation and the two pools were very much enjoyed by the kids. Starbucks is a stone throw away for the Starbucks addicts. The condo is very central to nearby attractions like Hapuna Beach for boogie-boarding, Helicopter rides, lots of restaurants and a wonderful walk to the local beach - A-Bay. The owner was completely no nonsense and great to work with. It was a wonderful vacation for all of us.
My wife and I stayed at this property celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. The condo big and spacious comfortably decorated, close to local services, and all the local sites. Its central location made it easy to get anywhere in a matter of minutes. Access to the local hotels, golf, and the beach made it far more affordable than the local resorts. The Condo also has access to a nice pool and exercise area for those days when you don't want to run all over the island. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it for your stay. We would recommend the swimming with Manta's and the local happy hours.
