Sea View is in theTerraces at Beach side, a small 15 unit property with direct beach access. There is a balcony with a great view of the ocean. Sea View is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, high definition TV and wireless Internet access. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are beach chairs, cooler, towels etc. for your use and two bicycles. And Sea View is very affordable!

We have 3 units on the same floor. So if this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends take a look at Homeaway property numbers 930468 and 334392.

The Terraces at Beach side is located at Main Beach 1/4 mile from Fort Clinch State Park and the Egan's Creek Green way. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short 2 mile car or bike ride. Enjoy strolling the streets of Fernandina Beach and visiting the museums, shops, many fine restaurants, horse drawn carriage rides, ghost tours, pub crawl, and much much more. If you are traveling with friends we have another unit across the hall.

The building is non smoking and pets are not allowed.

Beautiful suite and wonderful location. All the amenities needed in the suite. I only wish I had more time to enjoy it. I was at Amelia Island for the weekend (2nights) for a family wedding. I was able to take a run on the beach. But again, very nicely decorated, clean place with iron, blow dryer, washer/dryer and nice TV/Bed. Thank you.

Quiet hideaway by the beach

This property is exactly as described. we are a couple with small child and it was perfect for us...clean, quiet, well located. we went to the restaurant downstairs but found we liked staying at the property so much we preferred to make our own dinner on one of the BBQs downstairs (briquettes provided) and eat on the patio overlooking the ocean. we didn't have a car but just biked everywhere...the bike trails make it easy. we were there during spring break and I was concerned it would be crowded. I was pleasantly surprised. We found Jeff to be flexible and accommodating. Would return in a flash.

This condo is amazing!. My husband and I retreat to Amelia Island every year and this condo really felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. Very well decorated and true to the photos that you see online. Very clean and spacious. I loved the soft king size bed.
We had breakfast and lunch every day on the patio and still enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean.
If you want to stay in this condo make sure to book well in advance as it the perfect getaway. I booked it 3 1/2 months prior to our arrival. Jeff answered all my questions in a timly manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place at a great price. We will certainly try to stay there each year we visit the island. Our only regret is that we had to leave.

This condo is beautiful. Jeff supplies everything you need and then some. I really can't say enough about the condo: spotless, convenient, fabulous location and Amelia Island in general. I'm not sure when we'll go back to Amelia, but when we do, Jeff will be my first call to rent this place again.

Relaxing and fun

Good location with easy access to the beach. Furnishings are new and very nice. The bed is comfortable but a little on the soft side. Overall a very positive stay.
