This great value apartment is only walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, The bay run and popular Balmain strip. A short bus trip or taxi ride will take you directly to Darling Harbour, the fish markets and the city where you can view the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens.

The apartment block has direct access to the foreshore and a private beach.

The apartment's lease is available on a short or long term basis- giving you flexibility to suit your needs!

-Single futton is available and can be provided if two people do not want to sleep in the same queen sized bed

- I also offer a separate smaller futton bed for a baby or child to about age 7.

I offer mountain bikes for hire on a daily or weekly basis. Bike hire includes a helmet and a lock.

Kayaks and a canoe are also available for hire. These are easily pushed into the water from the private beach located on site.

B&B facilities are available.

This can include continental or cooked breakfast, tea and or expresso coffee and fresh fruit juices.

Home delivered organic fruit and vegie boxes weekly or bi weekly can be organised on request.

My aim is to provide a boutique style short term letting with all the creature comforts one would wish for close to the city surrounded by a relaxed green setting on the water.

Wonderful location & easy indoor and outdoor living. Cleanliness impeccable and I highly recommend this rental if you're after a glorious view of the water and all the mod cons you could need. Easy transport to city and surrounding areas but beware.... pack light! 200m away the shopping was too tempting to ignore!

Thankyou vey much for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The premesis was very clean and well maintained, offered safe and secure off street parking, has a great outlook from the balcony and living room and a lovely little courtyard out front.
It was very convieniently positioned to the shops, which made getting supplies & coffee very easy and also, very easy to get to.
The unit was was very well listed and presented as expected. Lynn was fantastic to deal with and I think the price was very reasonable.

Thank's, I would be happy to stay again and recommend Lynn's unit to all.

My parents had another sensational holiday staying at Lyn's apartment. Location wise the city buses, harbour and shopping centre were right on their door step, the property was immaculate, every item a visitor could need included (from towels to serviettes to olive oil!) and the garden setting out back with water views out front created the perfect Sydney atmosphere. Visit number 3 is imminent!

Modern, clean property with everything you need! Secure with private courtyard. Great location within walking distance to Fashion outlets, supermarkets, transport. Short bus or ferry ride to city. We absolutely loved this place. It is beautifully presented with quality appliances, furniture with an outdoor area to relax. Will definitely book again. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lynne was very helpful and friendly.
The apartment was very clean and tidy and as had been described, in fact it was even nicer.. We had access to fresh herbs and a lovely quiet garden.The harbour views were spectacular. Dramoyne is a lovely suburb, with tons of local eateries.The beds were comfortable and the showers were wonderful. It was so easy to walk to the bus stop, although our preferred method was the wonderful ferry system, which is a a lovely walk to catch the nearest. the ferry staff were professional and helpful in guiding us to the correct fare. it was actually an incrediably fun and economical way to see Sydney.The local supermarket was located within 100m of the apartment, but you'd hardly know it was there. I loved the giant fashion outlet located at the same complex. As we are sailors, we spent a couple of evenings enjoying a drink at the local sailing club located two doors down. The food there was well priced and delicious. We plan on using Lynn's as our regular Sydney home away from home, and have already recommended it to many of our friends.

Your only located a stone throw away from the famous shopping central Birkenhead Point with factory outlets. The property is located two doors up from the Drummoyne sailing club with access to fine dining or bistro, bar and TAB.

Access to public transport of buses and ferries is also very simple and close by! The ferry wharf and bus stop are a short walk away. There is also a Taxi stand in front of Birkenhead Point which is only 200 metres away.
