This great value apartment is only walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, The bay run and popular Balmain strip. A short bus trip or taxi ride will take you directly to Darling Harbour, the fish markets and the city where you can view the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens.

The apartment block has direct access to the foreshore and a private beach.

The apartment's lease is available on a short or long term basis- giving you flexibility to suit your needs!

-Single futton is available and can be provided if two people do not want to sleep in the same queen sized bed

- I also offer a separate smaller futton bed for a baby or child to about age 7.

I offer mountain bikes for hire on a daily or weekly basis. Bike hire includes a helmet and a lock.

Kayaks and a canoe are also available for hire. These are easily pushed into the water from the private beach located on site.

B&B facilities are available.

This can include continental or cooked breakfast, tea and or expresso coffee and fresh fruit juices.

Home delivered organic fruit and vegie boxes weekly or bi weekly can be organised on request.

The house was great. We have 2 young kids and there was enough room for all 4 of us. The location of the property is is excellent close to transport shops and views of here city. Lynn was very welcoming and friendly and the house was everything we expected.

Great apartment, great location

This apartment fulfils pretty much all of our family's needs as far as accommodation in Sydney is concerned. It is clean, roomy, well appointed and has great views from the property foreshore. Lynn goes to a lot of efffort to ensure we are comfortable and informed about both the apartment and the area.

The kids love the private beach and also the one at the nearby sailing club. The food is very good at the sailing club bistro and there is an excellent fish and chip shop (eat in or take away) within five minutes' drive.

The off-street undercover parking is appreciated and the nearby Birkenhead Point shopping complex is a bonus (you'll go a long way to find a food court with better views, including outside dining).

Public transport (ferry and bus) to the city centre is convenient, fast and fun (the kids love ferries, and what's not to like about Sydney Harbour?).

Highly recommended.

Like a Home Away From Home

The apartment was immaculately prepared, and Lynn took the time to show us where everything is. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with complete crockery and utensil sets. There was even a full array of sauces and balsamic vinegars. Great to use with the herbs from the garden. And finally, our first holiday unit that had sharp knives, and plenty of coffee and tea (and a proper teapot - bless her soul!).

Other things we really appreciated were the off-street, undercover parking, the 5 minute walk to Birkenhead Shopping Centre, the Sailing club restaurant just two doors down. All the restaurants at Balmain are just a 5 minute drive away (take a handfull of change with you for the parking meters). If you'd rather stay at the unit, you can casually sip your wine in the beautiful courtyard by the warmth of your chiminea (with wood supplied). Or maybe go down to the waterfront and watch the boats sail by.

This is the most complete and comfortable unit we have ever stayed in...anywhere. Good work Lynn, and thanks!

P.S. Our favourite bit was playing the wonderful music that was so thoughtfully left in the stereo unit.

This is your home away from home.

This place is like a home away from home. Lynn has gone to great pains to make sure every little thing you might need is there for you. All the cooking implements, sharp knives, a full crockery set, a teapot, a selection of three coffee pots, (even fresh ground coffee!), a selection of sauces including balsamic vinegar, bottle openers, pens, books, nice music on the stereo. But most of all....a comfortable bed! The other things that matter - off street, under cover parking (because street parking in Drummoyne is almost non-existent), plus visitor parking. The view of the harbour is a bit restricted, but no matter - just walk down the driveway and sit at the table right next to the water and while away the time sipping wine and watching the various boats cruise by. If you need anything, then Birkenhead Point shopping centre is only 3 minutes walk away. If you want to go out for dinner, the sailing club is just two doors down the road. If you want to dine out somewhere different, then all the restaurants you would ever want are just across the Iron Cove Bridge at Balmain - a 5 minute drive.

The apartment was very well maintained. I thought we'd miss having a dishwasher, but we hardly noticed that. The ensuite bathroom is a bit cramped, but nevermind - the main bathroom is plenty big!

Our favourite part is the couryard where you can pick your own fresh herbs, and sit out and eat by the warmth of the chiminea (which we will use next time)!

Presentation and cleanliness was spotless.

One suggestion if you're staying here, bring plenty of change. While street parking in Drummoyne is mostly free, most of the nearby suburbs (Balmain, Leichardt etc) have metered parking.

We'll definitely be back.

Your only located a stone throw away from the famous shopping central Birkenhead Point with factory outlets. Many cafes, restaurants, organic markets and Bric a Brac markets are close by within wlaking distance. The property is located two doors up from the Drummoyne sailing club with access to fine dining or bistro, bar and TAB.

Access to public transport of buses and ferries is also very simple and close by! The ferry wharf and bus stop are a short walk away. There is also a Taxi stand in front of Birkenhead Point which is only 200 metres away.
