This great value apartment is only walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, The bay run and popular Balmain strip. A short bus trip or taxi ride will take you directly to Darling Harbour, the fish markets and the city where you can view the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens.

The apartment block has direct access to the foreshore and a private beach.

The apartment's lease is available on a short or long term basis- giving you flexibility to suit your needs!

- Optional extras include functions. Functions need to be requested upfront so costs can be included in the quote. If functions are held without notice fees will be deducted from the bond.

-Single futton is available and can be provided if two people do not want to sleep in the same queen sized bed

- I also offer a separate smaller futton bed for a baby or child to about age 7.

I offer mountain bikes for hire on a daily or weekly basis. Bike hire includes a helmet and a lock.

Kayaks and a canoe are also available for hire. These are easily pushed into the water from the private beach located on site.

B&B facilities are available.

This can include continental or cooked breakfast, tea and or expresso coffee and fresh fruit juices.

Home delivered organic fruit and vegie boxes weekly or bi weekly can be organised on request.

Happy to Recommend!

This is our third trip to Sydney for Spring Break with our kids and this is the best property we have ever stayed. You are close enough to the city without actually staying in the city which is more expensive and less enjoyable.

Everything about the unit is well thought out; the decor is lovely, the kitchen is perfectly set up with top of the line cooking utensils, pots and pans, the beds are comfortable, and the garden area and private patio is an added bonus.

Getting to the ferry terminal and the city is easy and quick. The outlet center and grocery is very close and convenient and the sailing club is literally next door if you want a quick and easy drink or meal.

Overall it was perfect for us, we will be back again next year for sure!

Great location, apartment and views

Thanks Lynn for providing such a great place to stay, from the moment you walk in this is a comfortable homely apartment. The views are amazing so was perfect for New Years eve. If you appreciate spotless accommodation with everything you could need this place provides plenty of kitchen equipment, food provisions & linen. Lynn was a phone call or text away & responded to all our requests & question so quickly. Public transport was a 5 minute walk just past the awesome Birkenhead point outlet shopping centre and Lynn provides all timetables & much more. Great holiday in a well run property - would happily use & recommend this apartment.

A Home-away-from-Home

We found the Sydney Harbourside Apartment very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay provided. Both beds were very comfortable and it was fantastic to have the two bathrooms.

The only negative was the parking, and steep driveway to access the parking place, also the trickiness in getting your car out.

Guests are encouraged to use the stairs to access the parking space as it is easier than using the driveway on foot. The parking is included for guests convenience. The other convenient option is to park directly outside on the street as the access is completely flat, that way there aren't any stairs to navigate. The important point is that I have included options for my guests, it is up to them to decide what they prefer.

this was a lovely property, very nicely appointed, particularly the kitchen. Great location - nice area, waterfront, lovely garden. Charming area, with convenient grocery stores/shopping, etc. Would definitely recommend this!

Excellent stay in a great location

The house was great. We have 2 young kids and there was enough room for all 4 of us. The location of the property is is excellent close to transport shops and views of here city. Lynn was very welcoming and friendly and the house was everything we expected.

Great apartment, great location

This apartment fulfils pretty much all of our family's needs as far as accommodation in Sydney is concerned. It is clean, roomy, well appointed and has great views from the property foreshore. Lynn goes to a lot of efffort to ensure we are comfortable and informed about both the apartment and the area.

The kids love the private beach and also the one at the nearby sailing club. The food is very good at the sailing club bistro and there is an excellent fish and chip shop (eat in or take away) within five minutes' drive.

The off-street undercover parking is appreciated and the nearby Birkenhead Point shopping complex is a bonus (you'll go a long way to find a food court with better views, including outside dining).

Public transport (ferry and bus) to the city centre is convenient, fast and fun (the kids love ferries, and what's not to like about Sydney Harbour?).

Highly recommended.

Your only located a stone throw away from the famous shopping central Birkenhead Point with factory outlets. The property is located two doors up from the Drummoyne sailing club with access to fine dining or bistro, bar and TAB.

Access to public transport of buses and ferries is also very simple and close by! The ferry wharf and bus stop are a short walk away. There is also a Taxi stand in front of Birkenhead Point which is only 200 metres away.

Failure to request special arrangements for pre approval may result in the early termination of the contract and loss of bond.

If more than the average daily power useage is consumed during a tenancy tenant will be liable for the extra consumption.
If extra cleaning is required at the end of a lease tenants will be charged for this.
Any damage or breakages are to be paid for by tenants
Please note apartment lease is for the number of people requested on the lease and a maximum of five people when requested and approved for a specific lease.

50% Deposit payment secures booking & selected dates if greater then 1 mth before check in.
