4 Bedroom House w/ 1.5 Baths, Big Deck and Sandy Bottom Beach - Great for kids!

Fantastic Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home that is so close you can almost touch it from the deck. *** Special Mid Week Package rate: Sunday (4 PM) - Friday (4 PM) for $1,732 ($347 per night) plus standard fees. This is an updated 3-4 bedroom, 1.5 bath spacious and comfortable home set in a the very desirable neighborhood of Paugus Park, Lake Winnipesaukee, (Laconia). This part of the lake has crystal clear water and typically is calmer than other parts of Lake Winni. Enjoy the incredible expansive views of Paugus Bay and look off to the Belknap and Ossipee Mountains, from both inside and outside the house.

There is a large sun-drenched deck (with electric awning) that’s perfect for catching some rays, eating your meals, relaxing with a book, and watching the boats go by in the day or gazing at the multitude of stars in the night sky.

You’ll have direct access to 60’ feet of waterfront with a Sandy Bottom, which is great for children. The large dock can be accessed for those with a boat. See more pictures and details on my website at www.PaugusPark.com.

This house is great for two families with small children. The house accommodates 8 people in total (adults/children). This is NOT a party house. We have full-time neighbors to the left and right of us. There are two rooms with queen beds, one room with two twins and one rooms with bunk beds. The deck has a gate (for children) and an electric awning for when you want the shade. A small scenic railroad goes by for the children to wave to. The panoramic views are outstanding and you won't want to leave your lounge chair!!

Boating : Paugus Bay gives you access to all of Lake Winnipesaukee and all that can be accessed by boat. Lots of waterside restaurants, sandbars, and access to wonderful small towns to visit and shop.

*** This not your typical 'Rental'. We do not want to rent to larger groups looking for a party house. This is our home and we work hard to keep it very nice. In addition, both neighbors are working full-time residents. *** Weekly Rental only
