Peace & quiet are yours to enjoy at this cozy cottage on beautiful Lake Ozonia where you'll experience incredible mountain views, crystal clear water, excellent swimming and fishing . Newly remodeled, there is a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, a new hot water heater, and centralized heat. The 3 bedrooms are fully furnished, with a sofa bed on the porch that can be closed off to make a private, fourth sleeping room. A row boat with a 4.5 hp motor, kayak and paddleboat are yours to enjoy the sparkling clean water of this true gem of Adirondack lakes. Fish from the dock or swim and wade on the sandy beach where you'll have sun almost all day long. At day’s end, have a bonfire near the beach, sing camp songs and toast s’mores or come inside and play board games, cards, relax with a good book or watch movies. Netflix is also available via the high speed Internet connection. Come create memories that will last a lifetime

There is a Wii installed which will work with any games you choose to bring along or with your Netflix subscription.

Located in the center of the Northern Region of the Adirondack Park, Eagle Pond is part of a series of lakes and ponds just 30 min from Saranac Lake, 40 minutes from Lake Placid, and 45 minutes from Potsdam. It is close to the Titus Mountain State Park and the Malone Golf Club. The Nature Center is within 20 minutes with wonderful hikes and nature talks. Shopping is available in nearby Malone, NY.
