This charming, cozy vacation house has just been done over with new floors, new bathroom, windows, siding & new furniture. This is a perfect quite vacation home for a family of 2 or 6. This house is a year around home located less then 3/4 mi. to 3 different beaches , restaurants , coffee shops , 2 blocks from ice cream shop, miniature golf, Sand Bar restaurant, kayaking, etc.
