Classic Home at Navy Point Pensacola. Three bedroom and one bath with screened front porch and screened rear patio. Only steps from Navy Point Park and Bayou Grande with ten small beaches and two miles of walking and cycling trails. There's also the Navy Point boat launch for your boats and jet skis that can take you to Pensacola Bay and the Gulf.
Easy access to restaurants and shopping on Navy Boulevard or take Barrancas Avenue to downtown Pensacola for the Saturday street market,shopping,food and music, such as Monday Night Live Blues at Seville Quarter with it's New Orleans French Quarter vibe (a personal favorite).
The Air Museum at nearby Pensacola Naval Air Station is absolutely world class. Pensacola NAS is home of the Blue Angels Navy Flight Exibition Team.

Amazing

Clean, well taken care of property. Perfect location! Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Waterfront park is right around the corner. We watched the blue angels from the backyard! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Thank you Ed, for sharing your home with us!
