- No tape on the walls please.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE Load & start dishwasher at check out. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Subject fees from our cleaner.
- PARKING: We allow three cars. Please park to the lot on the right when you pull into Carillon.
- Please return all accessories/books/items to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- When hanging out outside please keep the doors closed to keep the AC in.
-NO PETS. We love our fur animals but do not allow them in this home. If there are any pets or animals in the home on your stay you will be asked to leave and required to pay a fine + fee for additional cleaning.
-Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Service Animals: Due to allergies, we do not allow ESAs. If you have an ESA that does not produce allergies, you may provide us with certification. However, the following rules apply. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. You must dispose of any animal waste or byproducts in the trash outside. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals are free from fleas or other pests. Supervised animals can use the backyard; however, it is your responsibility to ensure they do not get out or cause damage. If you leave the property, you must take the animal with you even for a short while. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage the house including the finished hardwood floors. If the animals are a threat, bring safety concern, are not potty trained, or we determine you cannot adequately control the animal (this includes making excessive noise), we will ask you remove the animal from the premise.
- NO SMOKING there will be a $250 fine is there is smoking in the home.
- Feel free to take plenty of photos in the home and tag us on Instagram @thepineappledoors // but please note there are to be no professional photography done in the unit unless discussed with the owner prior to booking.
 - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- ****** please do not remove the covers from the outdoor furniture they were made to avoid damage to the furniture
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
