MODERN KITCHEN - As you enter the foyer, immediately on the left is a modern open kitchen with a sunny window. Stainless appliances, bright white cabinets and spacious corian countertops host all the amenities from a coffee grinder to a teapot!
LIVING ROOM LUXURY AND WATER VIEWS – The kitchen opens to bistro dining and luxurious living space with (west-facing) water views through sliding glass doors. A comfortable Italian Natuzzi couch and lounge provide ample space for relaxing and surfing over 80 digital channels on the 32' flat panel TV. Or leave the remote behind and step out onto the tiled lanai to take in the views.
SCREENED PORCH (LANAI) - GORGEOUS POOL WITH GRILL – NEW DOCK - ON THE INLET - Two comfortable lounges with travertine tile below and a new ceiling fan above offer a comfortable place to enjoy a book or take in the pool and inlet views. Steps away, the large heated pool is equipped with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The inlet is just beyond the pool and a nice grassy area – with a new dock for your boat, a table for cleaning your fresh catch, benches for watching the boating activity, and a parking spot for your kayak.
BEDROOM LUXURY - MORE WATER VIEWS – In the large modern bedroom with chocolate colored carpeting and West Elm white furnishings, snuggle into luxury linens and let the pool be your nightlight. In the morning, arise to take in a beautiful view of the pool and inlet through the bedroom’s sliding glass doors opening to the lanai.
AMPLE STORAGE - DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE - This unit has over 1000 feet of living space and loads of storage including a roomy hall closet, a spacious bedroom walk-in closet and a closet on the lanai with beach chairs. In front of the unit, near your dedicated parking space, is the bike rack. Cruise Siesta by bike if you choose to...or opt to rent a scooter!
BEACH, BEACH, BEACH! - This peaceful escape is located on the south end of Siesta Key, known for its tranquility. Uncrowded Turtle Beach is a couple of blocks walk away and has fantastic shelling, a boat launch, bench seating, and a park with both open and covered picnic tables, a playround and restrooms. Between the beach and the condo stop for a bite at Turtles Beach pub (very casual dining), Turtles Restaurant (casual waterfront dining or Orphelia's (waterfront fine dining). Busy Siesta Key public beach is a couple of miles north on the Key and has powdery white sand, lifeguards, concessions, tennis courts and nearby Siesta Village shops and restaurants.

I am federal government aviation professional, live an urban life (DC), and have a passion for travel. I love urban action but long to escape to find a slice of serenity - I found it on Siesta! While I travel extensively for both work and pleasure, there is something that continually calls me 'home' to Siesta!
My heart for this property was to make it gorgeous and contemporary, with a feeling of true luxury every time you walk in the door! From corner to corner, every detail has luxury in mind! It is indeed a lovely escape to renew and refresh!
I lived on Siesta Key in the past and long to return to Siesta Key hospitality and beach lifestyle. It is waterfront living at its finest!
I appreciate the south end of Siesta as it is more serene and has a true community feel. Being on the inlet provides an opportunity to watch (or join) the boats, kayaks, canoes, stand-up-paddle boats and jetskis come and go to the nearby launch point. I like that this part of Siesta has sidewalks to enjoy an evening stroll which often leads straight to Ophelia's, one of many fabulous local waterfront restuarants, only a block away. Walking a couple of blocks for a beach day or sunset is a joy, but often the gorgeous poolside view of the inlet at sunset lures me.
Because so many terrific restaurants are on Siesta, including several just a few blocks away, its hard to leave the island! And being able to bicycle around the Key is a plus!
The greatest benefit of this property is checking my cares at the door, relaxing in luxury and leaving refreshed! I was drawn to this unit due to its water views and the ability to walk right out the door to the pool and dock on the inlet. The large lanai is a great spot to kick back and enjoy a good book. Morning coffee on the dockside benches as the boaters leave the launch for the day is a treat as is watching the fish jump at sunset. The neighbors are friendly but not overly, and the grounds are immaculate. This unit had so many upgrades already, designing it as a contemporary retreat was a joy!
Scooter and bicycle rentals are nearby. Walk to some locals restaurants. Walk a couple of blocks to uncrowded Turtle Beach with great shelling. Or enjoy the park by Turtle Beach with a boat launch, public restrooms, and picnic tables on the inlet. A couple of miles north on Siesta Key: Siesta public beach with powdery white sand, parking, lifeguards, concessions and a neighboring village with lots of shops and restaurants.

Deposit is refunded within two weeks of check-out if there is no damage, key is returned and condo properly cleaned.
The renter is responsible for fully cleaning the property; therefore there is no cleaning fee or cleaning deposit.
