Furnishings are modern and clean, and the linens are new, fresh, and comfortable. Enjoy the open kitchen / living layout. full size samsung washer and dryer.

Home is pet free and generally pleasant for allergy suffers. Wood floors, low pile carpet, mix of down + hypo bedding. Green building materials.

WiFi throughout the home. Comcast Cable. Fresh linens and towels provided.

Centrally located in Wallingford, this home is 2 blocks from the main drag in Wallingford with a range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and eclectic shopping. Famous Gas Works Park, Lake Union (seaplanes and paddle boats), Woodland Park Zoo, Meridian Playground, Burke Gilman Trail (run, bike, blade), Fremont (The Troll and Center of the Universe) are all an easy walk.

Green lake is 6 blocks (jog the 3 mile loop or paddle in the lake). 2 miles to Husky Stadium at University of Washington. The following neighborhoods are closer than 15-20 minutes - Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake, Belltown, Pike's Place Market, Pioneer Square, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill and Montlake. 2 minutes to 99. 5 minutes to I5. Easy access to buses and public transportation.

Great exercise with 4 levels of living space!

This sparkling clean Wallinford property worked well for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. It's location was excellent for our family wedding activities and sightseeing fun.
We had all the conviences we needed ( e.g. grocery store 1 block- easy close hwy access); note no air conditioning, but this only mattered the day we arrived and it was an unusual 93 degrees in Seattle! Good exercise climbing the stairs!
One suggestion, the unit needs to offer additional extra toilet paper rolls so renters don't need to run out and purchase. Rolls are smaller these days.

Fantastic Rental - No Complaints

We stayed at his home for six nights for my sister's graduation from University of Washington. My husband, two-year-old daughter, and sister. It was very clean (and I'm very picky about that), tastefully appointed, fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. I highly recommend this home and also the location, which is fantastic in Seattle. Seth, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and always responded very quickly to my emails. I have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to return to Seattle for another vacation.

Comfortable - Everything You Need - Great Location

We needed to temporarily relocate to Seattle for a period of 4 months between the end of October 2013 through early March 2014 and stayed at this property. What a great place to be! We found Seth's home to be comfortable, inviting, in a great location and with everything one would need.

When we first inquired about this property we caught Seth while he was away on travels out of the country, in a fairly remote part of the world. I was amazed at how prompt, responsive and polite Seth was all while he was out of the country. The home was exactly as he describes and Seth has put together and maintains a comfortable home that is very easy to live in. The property is well appointed for either a short or extended stay.

A grocery store is one block away, the main street through Wallingford with restaurants and shops is also a block away, there is a gas station near, access to the I-5 is relatively easy and you can be downtown quickly using either I-5 (depending on traffic) or Aurora (99) which is also very close. South Lake Union is super easy to get to by going across the University Bridge and down Eastlake Blvd.. Green Lake, Gas Works Park, the Burke-Gilman trail, Fremont and the Fremont Troll are all near. So, if you want to experience Seattle as a local, this is a great place to do so. If you have a vehicle, you have easy access to anything Seattle has to offer. Even without a vehicle all that you need is within walking distance and public transportation is easily accessible for attractions farther away. While Seattle is an incredible “foodie” city, one of the better meals we had while there was at a restaurant only a block away called Tilth. The food served here was fantastic and it is all locally sourced and organic. Try it!

There are four homes on this particular property, a duplex up front and a duplex in back and one wall is shared with a neighbor. However, all the neighbors were fantastic and we quickly became friends. The only slightly odd thing about the property is that the upstairs guest bedroom shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. We did not find this to be a problem at all as the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and there is another guest bathroom on the main floor.

Seth was a pleasure to work with and is very prompt and responsive to your needs. I am confident you will enjoy interacting with him.

We were very pleased with our stay at this home and would easily stay here again without hesitation!

Comfortable house, excellent location!

Had a great stay in this apartment. The place was super comfortable with everything we could possibly need. The location was amazing! Right behind main drag in Wallingford, yet still felt like a quiet residential street. Very quiet at night.
The only thing this place could use that would make it perfect are some room darkening curtains for windows, especially for the downstairs bedroom since the neighbors have a light on that shines right in at night.

Previous guests haven't mentioned an issue with light coming into the bedrooms, but it's an easy fix to add some room darkening curtains if the problem persists.
