Why The Owner chose Caye Caulker
We have been coming to Caulker since 1999 and fell in love with the small island, warm people, tropical breezes, and slow, relaxing atmosphere. It just felt right. It's close to great fishing, snorkeling, diving, and mainland excursions.
What makes this cottage unique
AM ritual: Morning coffee on the upper viranda, watching the local birds and pelicans dive for bait -waiting to see what the day brings.
PM ritual: Coctails on the upper viranda, watching the sunset, sailboats, and the local birds..waiting for the twinkling stars to appear.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We loved our 5 nightws @ Miss Ellas. What a charming little house off the beaten path. Our favorite thing about Ellas was the rooftop porch. Every night after dinner we would stop by the store for a few Belikins, go upstairs and enjoy the view and the cool nightime breeze.
