The apartment houses 6 people in 3 king Size beds. It has a comfortable spacious living room, a dinner table for 8pax and a sunny terrace with grill and breakfast table with unparalleled view to Parque and Castillo de Chapultepec. It also has a studio facing the city and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. A cook is available to make breakfast if desired. Great advice is provided on taking cultural excursions.

The apartment is of wooden floors. It has an eclectical decoration. Ranging from wooden antiques, leather couches, fabric reposée, polyurethan over leather main table and mexican painting canvas on the wall, among diverse antique political posters and pictures. We have a 40 inch cable plasma, a DVD, a Stereo System for Ipod, Internet and a scanner/printer.

There is a Parking Lot and 24hr security personnel.

San Miguel Chapultepec, the neighborhood where the property is located, is becoming one of the top residential areas to live in. Next to Chapultepec´s Park and full with trees, this tranquil neighborhood is an oasis in the middle center of mayor activity, commercial and cultural areas in Mexico City. Commercial Zone Polanco, Cultural and Gastronomic Condesa, Night Live Colonia Roma and Reforma Av. are just 10 minutes away by car or 20 minute walk. Cultural Coyoacán, Old Town San Ángel and Zocalo Old Quarter are just 20 minutes away either by car or Subway. Subway is a block away and so are a couple coffee shops, breakfast and panini restaurants, Deli shop, street tacos, tortas and Sanborn´s Mexican Food Chain. Soriana Supermarket is an 8 minute walk and Superama Supermarket can be delivered at home.

About León Martí

Hello, I´ve been studying and working abroad for a long time and just recently came back to my home 'town' Mexico City. I lived in Cancun, Madrid, Munich, Akumal and Connecticut. I am really happy to be back home and working on audiovisual productions, which turned from my hobby into my job. Although I don´t have a big family we balance it out with a lot of friends. I am currently using my spare time to travel through Mexico and get to know my Country better.

Why León Martí chose Mexico City

This property was acquired by my parents and passed down to me. I was born on this property so I do have a lot of love for it. As years went by and the city grew I was fortunate that San Miguel Chapultepec got to be one of the most beautiful residential areas and in one of the best places, since around it, many neighborhoods like Polanco, Condesa and Roma got really popular. San Miguel Chapultepec kept its quiet residential mood and it´s green surroundings. Take a look at the satellite picture.

What makes this apartment unique

The best thing the apartment has is the beautiful panoramic view to Castillo de Chapultepec and it´s high ceiling ample spaces.
