The condo is a first floor unit and the living room faces the mountain which opens to a covered patio. There’s plenty of parking in front of building or underground garage (first come first serve basis). Our condo has been completely remodeled and offers location, location, location! Everything in the unit functions and if not we want to know and have it fixed immediately. If there is an amenity that you require and it is not listed here please assume it is not available with the unit and ask about it.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: This unit is unique because it has a front and back entrance and an open deck with views of the ski slopes. There is no street noise in the bedrooms because they face inwards towards the center of the complex and do not boarder the street. The back door leads to the pool and spa area and the front door lets you out feet from where the free city shuttle drops off and pick up.

Picture yourself 200 yards from the base of Park City Resort and ski lifts. Take the free shuttle directly in front of property and be at a ski lift within minutes or take a short leisurely stroll. The free shuttle also takes you to town where you can find Park City's Old Town (Main Street), Whole Foods, Starbucks and a variety of restaurants.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed in it to cook our meals . There was a noce amount of room in the living room and at the dining table. The only problem we had was with the heat. It was way too hot in the condo and there was nothing we could do to get it cooler. We opened windows which was such a waste and made the condo noisy.
Other than the heat we really loved the condo and it's location.
Thank you for allowing us to use it.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the positive feed back and the comments regarding the heat. I will check into including an AC in the future. There are mobile units that might be worth investing into.

Great Location at base of Park City

We picked this condo for the location which it literally +-150 yards from the slopes. The city bus stops just outside your door to take you to the different resorts or to main street. If you are going to stay in the immediate Park City area you really don't need a car but is a good thing to have if you plan on venturing to Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon.

The pictures pictures shown in the listing are accurate. I found the condo clean and the owner very easy to deal with via phone and email. The heated pool and large hot tub was also a nice feature. I would stay here again.

Not fancy, but great value and excellent location

We stayed here with our family of 4. Great location. GREAT! We didn't have a car and were glad we didn't. The shuttle busses stop directly (directly!) in front of the condo and will quickly whisk you to all 3 ski resorts and to downtown and all over the PC area. PCMR is close enough that my teenagers walked to the lift one day in their boots, carrying their gear (and my husband and I walked home one day) but it was wonderful to be lazy and just jump on the shuttle for the super short ride. We really appreciated having the extra space to spread out. My teenagers enjoyed walking up to the base resort at PCMR (or riding the shuttle) to spend time cruising all the ski shops (there are a lot!).
This condo is not as luxurious as some you'll find in the PC area, but you're not paying for it either. It is absolutely clean and comfortable with a great location without breaking the bank.
Owner was great to work with and very responsive. I very much appreciated not having to check in at the front desk. He uses a lockbox for the keys, so even though we arrived very late, it was no problem at all.

perfect location

We just spent Christmas and New Year at this condo and had a wonderful vacation. It was very easy to walk to Park City Mountain resort and walk back for lunch to keep from spending money at the restaurants. It is conveniently located to everything including the grocery store and the bus stop is right there if necessary. The view of the slopes from the living room and kitchen was beautiful day and night. There was so much to do and not enough time to do it all. Also very helpful was the detailed inventory list from the owner so we knew exactly what we would find in the condo.
