My wife and two kids stayed at this house over the fourth of July weekend and loved it. The house had plenty of space, was clean and stocked with all the necessities, and the owner was very helpful - I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The ping-pong table was great for those rainy days as well.
The home was clean and very comfortable. The area is very nice close too many areas like North Conway Meredith and Wofleboro. The Eidelweiss area is nice with the 5 clean beaches. For golfers North Conway CC was awesome
What a fantastic time our family had! The first day was a washout, but we made the best of it by playing ping pong in the basement and just kinda hanging around and enjoyed watching the Olympics. The house was just beautiful, with the high ceilings and the wonderful decorations making the house feel like a real home! Not to mention the cleanliness of the house! It was like staying in the own comfort of our own home. We enjoyed hiking, we spent the day at Attitash, and although it rained, we waited it out for about 20 minutes and continued on with our day. WHAT A BLAST WE HAD THAT DAY!!!!!! We enjoyed the ponds of course, and once again had to wait out the downpours for about 15 minutes and continued enjoying the rest of the day there as well. We enjoyed the famous Zebs country store and of course had to go out to eat one night at Cafe Noche. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there. The house was enormous so there was plenty of room for two families. We had 10 people in all! The only problems we had were that I really was looking forward to taking pictures of the sunset from the deck, but quickly realized that the trees were gonna block my view. I looove the mountain view, but could not enjoy because of the trees. I'm sure you get to see it in the winter though. Fortunately we've been in this area before, so I at least knew where to go to see this magnificent view. One last problem was that there were not any transfer tickets for the trash, and our husbands had a bit of trouble when trying to drop off the trash. My husband convinced them that we had stayed up there plenty of times and knew the procedure, so they did let us leave our trash fortunately. Other than that, we had a fantastic and wonderful time and would definitely come back to this house again. Keep up the great work on the house!
I must say i have rented out several vacation homes before and this owner has been the most accommodating to my group. It was an absolute pleasure to be at this beautiful home. I will definitely be coming back soon!!!
Our family stayed at Jeff's place for 10 nights and we had a great time. The house is lovely decorated and well maintained so it feels like a home away from home. We have 2 young children and the property is very kids-friendly. It is a short 2-minute walk to a lovely sandy beach although small but is very quiet. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake and hanging out on the beach. We also did a lot of day trips to the nearby themeparks- santa's village, storyland, hobo train, clark trading post, whale tale waterpark. All are within 0,5-1 hour drive distance. If it is raining, then hit the outlet! The house does not have internet, so it is good and bad. It would be nice if window AC can be installed in the upstair bedrooms (it does have a large AC downstair).
This house was a very pleasant place to stay. It is very well decorated and equipped, and does not have the feel of a rental unit, but rather someone's home. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very cooperative in seeing that we had what we needed. I would highly recommend this house as a rental.
