Welcome to Seashell Castle, an excellent example of coastal living at its best! Located in the Heart of Seagrove Beach, in the quaint Seashore Village gated community, this three-level home boasts a taste of tropics and is just steps from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the large porches with wrap around balconies will surely be an unforgettable family experience. After a day in the sun, take a dip in the pool, bike rides along the 30-A trail to get a treat at the local Seagrove shops or visit world famous Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary or Watercolor, all just minutes away. We would love for you to come stay with us!

Need more room? We also privately own two other beach houses in this community, Dolphin Run (sleeps 10) and Coral Reef (Sleeps 17). Excellent for family reunions!

We LOVE this house!!!!

My family and I have stayed in Seashell Castle several times, and we look forward to coming back each year. We found our family’s perfect vacation house!!!!! One thing we love about Seashell Castle is, each year the owner changes something. Two years ago when we arrived, we noticed they had put hardwood floors throughout the house…did I say Gorgeous!!!!! Last year they added Granite countertops…also Gorgeous!!! Can’t wait to see what they do next year. Yes, we have already made reservations next year. Didn’t I say we love this house! Besides the beautiful house, the beach is only a few steps away, and when you get tired of the sand (as if anyone would) then you have a wonderful pool to enjoy. If you get tired of the pool…there is always shopping…lots and lots of shopping. Hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!!

This was a great house. Easy for the teenagers to get to Seaside for shopping. The walkover to the beach is right out the door - wonderful!! The master bedroom is spacious with a beautiful view. There were 2 adults with 6 teenage girls, and we never ran out of hot water for showers !!!!!!!!! The house was very clean upon arrival. My family is renting the house again in late summer. We had one small problem which Garrett Realty repaired promptly. Each house in the gated community has their own parking area. We had 3 medium size cars with room for another. Many of the houses in the area only have room for 2 cars. The pool is only shared by 3 homes, this house is one of them.

Sorry about the smoke detector, we thought we had changed all the batteries but looks like we missed one. Thank you again for staying with us and look forward to your return in a few months. Amazing!

What a wonderful home. We enjoyed everything, the long walks on the beach, the biking riding on 30-A, shopping in Seaside and Seagrove Beach, and even made it to The Red Bar at Grayton Beach. The perfect place to make family memories. I recommend this home to everyone!

They were right when they said spectacular! We like to visit different areas on vacation but, not anymore. Seashell Castle is the place we will be staying on our vacations from now on. It was amazing! The beach, the pool, the bike riding, the good food, the view. Did I mention the view!!! This is truly a "home away from home" and we are already planning our next visit.
