This apartment is the place you want to be if you're seeking a phenomenal value right near the beach for an extended visit, a romantic getaway, a surfer's weekend, or a family vacation. It can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a large 'L' shaped sofa bed in the living room that converts to a full-sized mattress.
This remodeled, comfortable apartment is in a safe, 6-unit community. The building is conveniently situated off of S. Centinela Blvd, which connects Jefferson Blvd and Playa Vista to the south to Brentwood farther north.

So many attractions are right nearby - Mar Vista has a very cute Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings less than a mile from the apartment. The property is just outside the Santa Monica tourist zone, yet also convenient to it. Santa Monica with its numerous cinemas, dining and famous amusement pier, is located 15 minutes west. Venice Beach and its world famous boardwalk is located even closer, about 10 minutes west. The Getty Villa Museum is 15 minutes northwest, the Getty Center and UCLA are 15-20 minutes northeast. Drive north along Pacific Coast Highway to Malibu and its rugged coastline. It's gorgeous! Drive 50 minutes south to Disneyland, 45 minutes north to Magic Mountain, or 30 minutes northeast to Universal Studios.

We own the building and wanted to create a little vacation place for people that is modern, affordable, but nice so couples or families on a budget could enjoy Los Angeles and the beach!
The apartment is fully furnished and includes complimentary WiFi internet, cable TV, and one free designated parking space. There is a full sized kitchen with all the cookware you need to prepare meals, additionally, all the linens are provided in the apartment. If you have any questions about local attractions, restaurants nearby, or anything else, please feel free to contact our Property Manager and we will do our best to assist you.
We had to attend a Conference in education and we rented this cosy aprtment on Sentinela Av. It proved to be parctical and convenient and we were able to move around without difficulty. I would surely rcommend this place to anyone interested in visiting L.A. and planning to go to Venice Beach, Santa monica or downtown.
We stayed in the mar vista apartment for 13 nights, was meant to be 12 but then our permanent rental didnt happen as quick as we hoped- in a panic of homelessness we asked to stay an extra night and the owner was so friendly and let us stay for a discounted
Price with no charge for tax! So kind!
Instructions of how to work everything (safety lock, laundry, TV, Internet) was all exactly as it was described and easy to feel at home.
Very clean, neat, modern and minimal, but with a huge wardrobe for fitting suitcases without having to have them in your living
Laundry was very accessable with easy to use machines. :)

The building so it was super quiet so I was able to get work done during the day!
Every kitchen appliance we needed was there, compfy bed and lounge that folds out to a huge double bed sofa which friends ( a couple) compfortably stayed the night on.
Homey feel, great vegan Thai place down the road and close enough to
Zip down to Venice or Santa Monica ($10 cab) and easy to jump onto 405 to get into
Lovely stay and would reccomend for anyone needing a relaxing, comfortable clean base to sort them selves out!
10 Min LAX, 45 Min Disney, 10 Min Beach, 30 Min Universal Studios.

**This is a NON-SMOKING and PET FREE property. If we detect smoke in the apartment after you depart, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
