We have spent the last 6 years looking for a house in Breckenridge for our families to enjoy, but never could find the perfect one to accomodate multiple familes at the same time. So as developers/builders from Denver, we found the perfect lot and decided to build it ourselves.

180 year old beams, reclaimed wood floors and antique lighting mix with a fully appointed, gourmet kitchen, electronics galore, radiant in floor heat throughout, updated custom decor and amazing details for a really fun, eclectic mix of style. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a 48' wolf range with a griddle, a 48' built in refridgerator, 2 dishwashers and a microwave. Beautiful, furniture style cabinetry with leathered granite and an island that seats 6 gives the chef and his assistants plenty of room to breathe. The great room with its huge fireplace, soaring ceilings, ultimate electronics package including an 82' TV and 100's of movies is the perfect spot for hanging out and enjoying the company. The dining room table seats 12.
Upstairs boasts 2 private, luxurious master suites, each with its own unique decor and 5 piece bath with air flow jet tub. Separating these bedrooms is a loft for relaxing, some quiet time or putting in the hour of work you had promised that you would still do on vacation.
The lower level is designed specifically with kids (or those young at heart) in mind. There's a huge 108' movie screen w/ projector, Xbox Kinect, games, toys and room to play. There are 2 kids bunk rooms, each with custom designed built in twin bunks sleeping 6 apiece. There is also a queen guest suite with its own private bath and a twin/twin bunk in the large closet for more sleeping options. The large, new hot tub is privately situated on the patio directly outside of the double sliding doors, offering ease and seclusion.
We fell in love with Warriors Mark for the outstanding views, the ski in/ski out access to the mountain and National Forest trails and the close proximity to town (1.5 miles). Enjoy hundreds of thousands of acres of National Forest to Hike, Bike, Ski, Snow Shoe, Picinic etc. right from the house. We are located in a private cul-de-sac. At the end of our street, there is a trail head that you can ski out to Peak 9 or Peak 8 Super Connect. This is for moderate to advanced skiiers. Ski back in via Peak 10, which is also the advanced side of the mountain.
We have a 2 car heated garage with additional storage space and seating areas to easily change in/out of your gear. The deck and patio are huge, with a covered area and a 72' gas grill. The new hot tub is located on the patio off the lower level, offering privacy and easy access.

We chose Breckenridge for the incredible skiing/snowboarding, town experiences and summer activities. The town is incredibly family friendly, affordable, quaint, warm and inviting for walking, shopping and being outside. The mountain is incredible offering access for all abilities and needs.
Ski-In/Ski-Out is one of the best features of our property. The trails easily accessible directly from the house offer hundreds of thousands acres of open space for exploring in winter and summer.
