The neighborhood is extremely friendly with very little traffic and a large community pool. The community pool is open for evening swims, until 8:00 PM. Pool Pass included.
You will find plenty of sleeping and entertainment space that offers fantastic views from the first floor patio and the second floor deck off the master bedroom.
The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with central air-conditioning, cable TV and high speed internet.
The first floor offers you a very open floor plan that includes a large fully equipped kitchen with all amenities.
You also have a first-floor laundry room.
Enjoy a day at the beach and use of the Rehoboth Beach parking tag that is offered along with this rental. You can also drive or bike to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy fantastic shopping, great restaurants, nightlife, and the boardwalk.

The community of Spring Lake is known to be a quiet, secure, family oriented community in Rehoboth Beach.
Please note that this is a 3 story town home with a pond located to the rear of the property.
Because of safety concerns relative to the staircases and the pond, this town home is not suitable for families with children under the age of 8.
Place is in great condition; loved working in the kitchen while talking to the family in the big open room; plenty of space with 3 separate 2nd floor bedrooms and a 3rd floor loft. Owner provided a Rehoboth beach parking pass which we should have used more often! This is huge because it allows you to drive over pretty much any time; if you want to bike, you can do that very easily as well but crossing Highway 1 is a bit unpleasant with younger kids. Bike racks, very nice community swimming pool.
This property met all of our expectations for our stay in Rehoboth. Overall the townhome was very clean upon our arrival, and very spacious. WiFi was a plus.
The large pool and relatively close proximity to the beach made for an enjoyable vacation for our entire family. The owner was always available by phone. We're booking again for next summer.

This place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Close to pretty much everything in Rehoboth Beach.
We had a wonderful vacation staying at this townhome!!!!!! It was clean and spacious, and only a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. The high speed wifi service was another bonus.
So convenient to everything. Being able to use the pool was a terrific bonus for our kids.
We debated on going to Florida for last summer's vacation, but we had no regrets having chosen Rehoboth Beach instead, and staying at this townhome made for a great vacation for our family.
The owner made every effort to make our vacation a great one.

Rental amount includes a weekly parking pass which allows unlimited parking on designated streets in Rehoboth Beach.
Rental amount also includes a pool pass which allows entrance to the gated community pool.
Weekly rentals run from Sunday to Sunday.
Note that there is a 7 night minimum rental period for the months of July and August.
One half of the rental amount is due to reserve a particular week or dates. The balance is due 30 days prior to the check in date. Payment is accepted by personal check or money order.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
