If you enjoy the informality and privacy of a holiday apartment this is the place for you. Our house is ideally situated, away from the noise and bustle of busy resorts, but near enough for you to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment that Santa Susanna and other, nearby resorts have to offer. There is a swimming pool and a large, sunny terrace for your enjoyment, and we have a lovely, shady garden. Each of our apartments has a balcony or terrace with views over sea and coast. Facilities include SAT- TV, kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and coffee machine, plenty of pots and pans etc. We supply bed linen, towels are available for a small charge. There is a washing machine, iron and an ironing board for communal use. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.

Santa Susanna is a Popular tourist resort on the Costa del Maresme. It is an attractive and peaceful village that has a long fine sandy beach and a new promenade with a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants. El Maresme is the coastal strip in north-eastern Catalonia that stretches from Barcelona to the Costa Brava. The river Tordera, the natural park El Montenegre i El Corredor, and the Mediterranean sea define its borders. It is a region of contrasts that allows you to enjoy nature, history, and all the tourist and recreational activities of its resorts. An idyllic landscape with fine beaches, some secluded coves, intensely green hills in the background, and the deep blue of the Mediterranean on the horizon! Combined with the wonderful climate, mild winters, moderate summers, long, warm and sunny springs and autumns, makes this a lovely holiday area for all the year round.

we hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in juli 2009.
het appartement was schoon en de bedden waren goed.
verder is een groot voordeel van dit appartement dat het lekker rustig is s,avonds.en als je de drukte wil opzoeken dat het maar een klein stukje rijden is.het uitzicht is heel erg mooi en het zwembad wat erbij is is erg leuk voor de kinderen.een auto is wel erg makkelijk want het is een aardig stukje omhoog lopen.is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Alles wie im "Prospekt". Wirklich schöne Ferienadresse mit einem tollen Ausblick über das Mittelmeer. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen, welches im Haupthaus auch von der sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin bewohnt wird. Unsere Kinder (12+15) haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der Lage des Objektes ist jedoch ein Auto unverzichtbar.
Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub!

Haben im Oktober 2008 hier Urlaub gemacht, alle Angaben auf der Webseite haben sich bestätigt, nette hilfs-
bereite Vermieterin, besonders hervorzuheben der außergewöhnliche Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und der tolle parkähnliche Garten am Haus und die nicht alltägliche kleine Bibliothek in der Ferienwohnung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Autotouren in die nähere Umgebung und für trainierte Radfahrer.
