You enter the home on the main floor, which houses the kitchen, dining room, a spacious living room with a massive stone fireplace, parlor w/ wet bar and the master suite. The master suite has a king bed and sitting area with access to its own deck as well as a private bathroom outfitted with a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchen has both an island and 4-seat bar area as well as Viking range, great for preparing big family meals. Off the front of the house is a large sunny deck.

The lower level, which walks out onto the patio, has a second kitchen and family room along with a suite with two twin beds and private bathroom. Also on this level is an accordion-walled bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a wash basin. There is also a full shared bathroom.

One of the cleverest features on the property is the lakeside beach house. This one-room “cabin” is literally built on the water's edge. The cabin has a trundle bed and sitting area on one end and kitchenette and bathroom with shower on the other. Outside the sliding glass door is a second patio area prefect for taking lunch by the lake.

From the platform on the end of the dock you’re able to survey the entire lake, from the Dune Climb to your west to the Narrows bridge on the eastern end. The lake itself is clear and clean and great for every kind of water sports activity, from waterskiing and sailing to fishing and canoeing. The frontage is pure sand and only gradually gets deep so it’s great for the kids.

Until this past summer, the home has not been available to rent. But the owner has only a limited amount of time to spend at the property this year so she’s opening it up to guests. We invite you to come enjoy this special place!
