Large apartment, recently renovated, ideal for families or groups to work, study or leisure in Rio Located in old building, the apartment is on the fourth floor, accessible only by stairs. It has ample room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus service area alone. Receives natural light all day, in all its extension, virtually eliminating the electric light of day. Game room with sofas 2:03 places and TV LCD 32 'control. All rooms have ceiling fans and curtains. Holds up to 9 people very comfortably.

Service area with washing machine, tank and ceiling clothesline. A lot of convenience to shopping at two supermarkets less than 2 blocks and street fair in the corner, every Saturday.
