COZY, ROMANTIC GETAWAY AT THE GRAND TRAVERSE COMMONS

We were searching for an affordable, unique experience for our first wedding anniversary in Traverse City. We found Suite 202 and began communicating with the owner about our stay. We found them to be extremely responsive, informative, and flexible. The booking experience was extremely simple, and in no time, we had our stay confirmed and began counting down to our vacation.

As the date grew closer, we received communication from the owners on our arrival and the procedures for checking into the suite, which as very easy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this charming studio with a wonderful view. The pictures don't do this place justice. Literally, no detail was spared in the design of this suite. Luxury finishes throughout, a great bathroom, plush bathrobes, a stocked kitchen, and a great location make this place the perfect stay for a busy couple looking to enjoy this fun town. The only problem we had was that we wanted to stay in the suite more than we had planned - it's that nice! The property is spotless, and I can't say enough about the cute kitchen and luxurious bathroom.

There is not a hotel in Traverse City that comes close to the finishes, comfort, and experience at this suite. The only thing to note - the bed is certainly up a library ladder, so be prepared for a bit of tight fit and an adventurous climb. We loved it! Just be aware if you spend the evening enjoying the local wines in Traverse that you have to make it to bed up that ladder! :) But the couch is phenomenal as well!

The owners of this property are simply lovely. We arrived to a wonderful bottle of local champagne and a sweet note congratulating us on our anniversary. After our stay, we traveled west to our own cottage for a week, and our deposit check for the suite was waiting on us when we arrived home, as promised, with a lovely note again from the owners.

We travel to northern Michigan every summer. If we have it our way, we will start each of those trips with a weekend stay in Traverse City in Suite 202. Thank you for making our stay phenomenal - it is a trip we will never forget!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and the owners should pride themselves on the wonderful attention to detail! Not only was it relaxing, but very private and a short walk or drive to all the great things in Traverse City. The level of cleanliness exceeded my high standards and the place is clearly well taken care of. All the appliances and furniture were top-notch. Having the lofted bed was actually quite fun! There was a nice closet with my compartments for organizing our belongings, and we actually began to feel like the condo was ours. Don't look anywhere else! Can't say enough good things about it.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 days in Grand Traverse Commons in your lovely and well appointed condo. The history of the buildings and grounds was most fascinating and we enjoyed reading the information provided. We felt very comfortable and at home and enjoyed the views of the grounds from the living room windows. There was nothing lacking in amenities and comfort even to the plush robes in the closet! Loved the shops below and enjoyed strolling the grounds. Quick drive to town and waterfront. Would definitely recommend the Commons for an unusual and delightful getaway. Lots of great golf in the area which was our focus. So glad we found you! Would highly recommend to friends and family.
