Ideally located at the top of Main Street, this landmark historic house is fully renovated and has a fireplace, hot tub and garage. Deer Valley Resort is 1.5 miles away and the Town Lift for Park City Mountain Resort is walking/skiing distance – or take the Main Street Trolley! Renovated top to bottom in 2013 with a gourmet kitchen and new fireplace, the house is ideal for families of four but can accommodate an overnight guest or two on a pull out sofa. Enjoy the eclectic restaurants along Main Street, catch a show at the Egyptian Theatre or visit the Kimball Art Center – all just steps away!!
Owners live in Manhattan Beach, CA but visit Salt Lake City/Park City regularly. This is a full-time vacation rental property with professional property management/concierge services.
Elizabeth McGregor purchased this house in 2012
Park City is the ideal vacation destination only 40 minutes from Salt Lake City airport. The mountainous terrain, historic setting and restaurants along Main Street, make a day of not skiing almost as fun as skiing!
Built in 1888, the house has Landmark Historic Designation and was fully renovated in 2013. It includes a fireplace and hot tub and is 1-block off Main Street on a quiet corner lot.
We had such a great time staying here and would highly recommend it. The house is very clean and is exactly as described with new high-end appliances, heated floors, jacuzzi, washer & dryer. It was great to have a garage so that we didn't have to shovel our car out of the snow! It is an easy drive to Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons Resorts. Loved that it is only a block away from Main Street where all the great shops and restaurants are! The owner & property manager were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to go back!
I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
I´ve been there for four days, and i had an amazing time. The house is wonderful and everything looks like new. I felt really comfortable in my time in this house. The location is perfect, very close to walk to the area of restaurants and shops. I would love to go back to Park City and for sure i´ll return to stay at this place again.
A charming, thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and equipped former miner's cottage in an excellent location a very short distance back from the top of Park City's well traveled Main Street. The pictures accurately reflect its delightful character and charm. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to staying there again.
What a find, this place is awesome. Looks gorgeous from the outside and it's matched inside by delightful decor, quality furnishings and appliances. After skiing all day, we jumped into the spa and either cooked dinner or walked a block or two away to a great variety of restaurants. We had a car so it was easy to sample the all the resorts which are all really close by. This property is such good value for money. The owners have really thought of everything with 109 Woodside. They were great to deal with and very accommodating, thanks for the arrival surprise, it was appreciated. Jen was great, even when we arrived so late, she met us and was a good source of Park City tips. We would definitely stay again, thanks for having us.
We highly recommend this house! My family and I had a wonderful time in Park City, in large part thanks to our lodging, which had a warm and cozy feel. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt at home.
The house fit us perfectly; we were a party of 4 adults and a small child. Everything inside and outside the house were in optimal conditions (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen appliances, bed sheets, towels,etc.). Mainly, we cooked all our breakfasts and dinners here, we had everything available in the kitchen to do so (great stove and high quality pots and pans).
We went skiing everyday and afterwards enjoyed the hot tub, located just a few steps from the kitchen door. Our daughter also enjoyed the front yard covered in snow, where we helped her make her first snowman.
Main Street is walking distance. We took a stroll there almost everyday; sometimes hopping on the Historic Trolley that goes up and down this street. In Main Street, we ate at the Eating Establishment and also had dinner at Zoom (a Sundance Restaurant), and couldn’t resist eating a chocolate apple at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!
This house was beyond our expectations, we enjoyed it so much that we are definitely considering going back!
My Husband and I spent the week at this beautiful Park City home. It feels like a model home, everything is new and top quality. Main Street Park City is about a block away, yet the home is very quiet. We loved the hot tub at night, the home has a darling backyard off the kitchen and at night sitting in the hot tub the sky is bursting with stars. We ate dinner on Main Street, easy walking distance even in heels. Butcher's has a delicious drink, I think it's called Main Street Martini-yum.
We cooked breakfast and the home had everything we needed. Top quality pans, Viking stove, even great knives. I have stayed in rental homes from D.C to Missoula and this was the nicest. I loved staying in a place that has a brand new mattress, pillows and crisp new sheets. We just loved it
Located in the heart of historic 'Old Town' Park City, UT at the top of Main Street. Free trolley turns around at the top of Main Street, which is steps from the front door. Restaurants, museums and theaters on Main Street are a 5 minute walk. Deer Valley Resort is 1.5 miles away and Park City Mountain, Town Lift is walking distance at the base of Main Street.
