This modern condo is on Laval avenue, a quiet, safe, family-friendly residential street between St-Laurent Boulevard with all its restaurants and bars, St-Denis Street with all its boutiques, cafes and theaters, and Duluth Street where all the Bring Your Own Wine are, including the famous Pied de Cochon restaurant ran by Quebec’s most notorious chef, Martin Picard. Supermarkets, convenience stores and large pharmacy are also at walking distance.

Laval Avenue is one of the most prestigious streets in Montreal, world famous for its poets, the charming Carré St-Louis Park, trees on both sides of the avenue and gorgeous centennial stone-front townhouses.

This condo is in a completely renovated centennial townhouse, fully exposed to the south with light coming in all day, it has a view to the Mont-Royal Mountain and private patio with a stainless BBQ, hammock, flowers and dining table.

The ceilings are high, the living room is 500-square-feet large, 2 bedrooms, modern stylish bathroom, dining room and 5 stainless appliances fully equipped kitchen with a bar. The beds have super premium 500 thread Egyptian cotton sheets and the mattresses are queen sized SERTA perfect sleepers.This living space is best enjoyed if you are 4 adults. Special arrangements can be made to host up to 6 people.

You are at walking distance to the trendy Mile-End, to Mount-Royal Avenue, to downtown, to the Mount-Royal Park and the famous tam-tams on Sundays, to the Lafontaine Park, two metro stations and a closeby Bixi bike station.

During the Montreal Grand-Prix, you are 3 streets behind all the festivities happening on the St-Laurent Boulevard, which will be closed to host car expos, parties, street sales, street food and amazing terraces to enjoy a drink or two.

Parking is available and easy to find in the street. I will provide you with an easy to read map that tells you where you can park and where you can't. I have a car and a motorbike and I never had trouble finding parking space. Also my street is very safe.

I was looking for a property in Montreal for a long 18months. I visited over 60 apartments, condos and townhouses. I didn't want to compromise on location. I wanted to be close to downtown and the old Montreal but be in a lively residential area with an unobstructed view to the mountain. I wanted a feeling of volume and newness once you walk in.

I miraculously found this amazing property on one of the most prestigious avenues in Montreal: Laval Avenue, with has trees on both sides of the street, high end town houses. This is a famous street for its poets and the Carré St-Louis. Movies are regularly shot right here. When I tell Montrealers I have a property on Laval Avenue, they know right away and say: Wow!

Sunny bright spacious, with a private outdoor patio, view to the Mountain. No window facing dull brick walls.

This is in a newly rebuilt 1875 townhouse. Not a cheap condo you access from an elevator and a long hallway.

Location is amazing, close to all good restaurants and bars on a quiet residential street. In the middle of everything; between Old Montreal, Downtown, Plateau, Mile-End and the Mountain.

Impressive all round!

We arrived for a New Year break with our two small children from the Bahamas. We had been communicating with the owner over the past few days and upon arrival were blown away by the quality of the accommodation. Upon arrival, the unit was spotlessly clean and impeccably well maintained. Property was really well decorated with a cool modern decor. We found we had everything and more we needed for a comfortable 8 day stay.

The view and location of the property didn't disappoint. We had a spectacular view onto Mt Royal. Upon studying the detailed information forwarded by the owner we found out we were located with a few blocks / minuets walking distance, in all directions, of a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants. The area catered for just about any and all tastes of food and drink.

Not only did the owner provide detailed information regarding the location and easy check in procedure, he also facilitated our early checkin with no issue, for which we were grateful. He was readily available to answer any questions that we had, returning answers very quickly. We also appreciated that fact that he came to check everything was Ok given the fact that we chose to stay during some of the coldest weather in living memory. From the start of enquiry to check out we could not have asked for better service in any aspect of our stay.

Montreal as a whole was amazing. From both a family point of view and a personal point of view. We found the city bursting with a range activities. The children enjoyed the various winter themed activities, skating, etc that you don't get a lot of in the Bahamas. We can also highly recommend the children's museum. The only issue we had was coaxing the children to leave! My wife and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and sampled some of the wide range of shops, bars and restaurants available. Additionally Montreal also makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area with mountain activities not more that 30min drive away.

Would highly recommend Montreal to any kind of visitor. Great city! I think success of our stay was largely based on finding the right accommodation, and truly we couldn't have found anywhere better. Looking forward to planning a return visit in the summer months and see how the experience compares! Just hope our spot is available.

The location of this place is really amazing. You cannot go wrong staying here. It's close to everything, boutiques, restaurants, eating famous Schwatz's smoked meat and drinking in microbreweries. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable and linen were premium. It is much bigger than what the pictures portray. The host was very responsive to questions and above all was there to help us. Will stay here again next time we travel to Montreal.

This lovely apartment is in a perfect location: easy walking distance to the metro, bus stops, restaurants, bakeries - any kind of store that you need. Several of Montreal's most renowned eating establishments are close by. It is right in the heart of Montreal, but absolutely quiet on a tree-lined residential street. The large front windows and balcony facing west connect you to the city; the quiet bedrooms in the back give onto small courtyards for peaceful sleep. Thomas could not be a better host, eager to make sure that anything you need is provided. And he is available with answers to your questions to make sure you enjoy the best of everything Montreal has to offer. His information sheet is detailed and makes everything easy to find.
We were two couples and found the apartment spacious and both queen beds very comfortable.
