Amazing vacation

We rented the cottage the first week of August not knowing what it would look like after the renovation. We were not disappointed. Even though the cottage is only 500 Sq feet, it feels so much bigger. We did not feel cramped at all: there were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, 2 & 8yrs.
Everything you need is in the cottage. We went to the market and cooked most of our meals. There is even a charcoal grill for use.
The cottage is centrally located to everything: the market, mini-golf, restaurants, laundry. The beaches are a 10 minute walk. S. Yarmouth is also centrally located on the cape so you can pretty much get to any point of the cape without being in the car too long. There is so much to do in this area that you will not feel like you are missing anything even if you stay close to the cottage.
The cottage itself was very clean and we utilized the linen service. The owners provided tons of maps and pamphlets on the cape. The transaction with the owners before the rental was very clear and easy. They welcomed us on the first day and were accessible for any need throughout our vacation.
We loved staying here so much, we are considering renting the cottage again next summer. Do not hesitate to rent, you will not regret it!
