House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOME!

Enjoy a week of paradise! Your very own private home on a private beach. No one above you or below you. Grill out or go out. You can actually hear the ocean as you sleep. This is a great house for two families or a vacation with grandparents or friends. Plenty of room and a bed for everyone. A staircase inside and outside.

This Beautiful, oceanfront, beach house has been decorated with a real beachy feel. We have a King and day-bed in the two bedrooms upstairs. In the two bedrooms downstairs, we have a queen and a set of twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably with good mattresses.

We have also included a game room with a pool table and TV

downstairs. The house has a total of three TVs with a HDTV in the

family room. Upstairs AND downstairs each have their own washer and dryer. We also have an upstairs AND downstairs refrigerator. Outside we have a private HOT & COLD shower to rinse off and an area to hang your wet towels and bathing suits.

This home has a beautiful panoramic view. You can watch TV or read a book or prepare dinner while watching the ocean roll. This home is conveniently located just north of the Canaveral National Seashore in the south part of New Smyrna beach. Our house has a small one-way street between the house and the sand dunes allowing access to the private homes. Down on the beach there is NO CARS ALLOWED.

Our neighborhood is very clean and uncrowded. This home is great for families or for someone who just wants to relax!

About The Owner

My parents have owned the home almost 40 years. We have enjoyed creating memories to last a lifetime.

Over the years, they have watched their four daughters grow up vacationing in this wonderful beach home.

Now today, the daughters bring their children to swim, boogie board, fish, turtle watch, kayak and so much more.

This is a well loved and taken care of home. We hope you come and we can share with you all the many fantastic and fun things to do in New Smyrna Beach.

The home is close to Orlando, our home base.

What makes this house unique

The location of this home is fantastic. The beach is VERY private, even on busy holiday weekends. Fishing is GREAT! Kids love it! So much to do.

My family just spent the week in this home and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! Everything we needed available to us. The beach was awesome! My kids saw a live sand dollar, a just opened clam, and a live jellyfish all from our private beach area! We drove to Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge to kayak for a few hours and saw a live gator sunning herself, a Dolphin swim past our kayak, and had manatees peaking at us as we paddled in and around them! By far the best place we have vacationed and plan on coming back! Thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! As has been a tradition, our two families, four from Maine & four from NC, let our kids reunite! It was sunny every day with temps 88! We made great breakfasts, had wonderful picnic lunches and then came back to grill out and enjoy wine, friends and the sunset. We appreciate there being so many beach toys. Also, we built quite an amazing sand castle with 8 of us. Relaxing, fun and comfortable vacation with perfect location. Thank you!

Love, love and more love

Dear McGarry Family,
Thank you so much from the bottom of of hearts for the best vacation ever.
We saw manatee close-up. It looked right at Maggie (10 yrs. old) while she was fishing with her dad. We all fell in love with the ocean and how close we were to the beach. We all had fried alligator at JB's. Another favorite. Mawma Janet had a wonderful, awesome and never to be forgotten vacation. Kade enjoyed the deep sea fishing and Cape Canaveral Nat'l Seashore preserve. Thanks again!

We love it here

My name is Betsy, every other year in October we rent your home. We have been doing it since the 90's. My husband Jeff and I live here in Florida, and our families life is in Chicago, Mid west Indiana area..
We are blessed to be able to afford a place for our family, they don't always have an easy life!
The main reason for the beach houses, is my mother-in-law, she has raised 7 children through tough times ad she loves the beach!

We love it here, so thank you!!
