Apt No. 2 bedroom and dependence. Beside the shopping Beiramar and side view of the sea. It has a garage but is very well located in terms of public transport. Close to the best bars and restaurants. Easy access to the entire city. Prime area.
Car: not necessary

Great location, from the place you can be in any beach very easily. and you get to live real florianopolis life, going to the real bars and restaurants within 500meters. There is a great shopping mall in the corner, with shops, restaurants and a good 24hs supermarket. You can wake every morning with a good walk at Beiramar (the shore) then have a strong breakfast at home (kitchen is complete) with great fresh artisan bread from Padaria Pão Italiano in 400m to the left.
