The kitchen features Miele appliances, a dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer with plenty of bench space and cupboards. The dining table seats 4 and is adjacent to a small study nook, while the living area has a large 55” TV, comfortable seating and wall to wall windows that drench the space with light.
The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living area and both have plush wool carpets, built in robes and access to the courtyards. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, access to the front courtyard and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed, built in robes and access to the internal courtyard area. The main bathroom is but a few feet away and is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. Beside the 2nd bedroom you will find the separate study which has a chair for reading, a built in desk and access to the internal courtyard.
