Beautiful summer home on White Oak Pond, Holderness, NH.
Perfect for a family with children. Driveway through 50 acres of private woodlands leads to a two story house, surrounded by towering white pines and situated on an exquisite, secluded point of land with 2000' of private lakefront. Water only 50' from house on 3 sides.
A forty foot long screened porch with dining table, chairs and Hammock overlooks the water and a sunny lawn leading to the deck, dock and raft on the water.
One and a half mile long White Oak Pond is perfect for swimming, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. It is home to loons, otters and beavers and is restricted to boats under 7 1/2 hp motors. Experience our amazing loons calling at night! Unforgettable.
Living room with large stone fireplace and facing sofas for evenings of scrabble or chess. Player piano with many rolls to
enjoy. Lovely formal dining room with large casement windows and rustic chandelier.
Large brick charcoal BBQ next to lake. With picnic table and benches.

Private and serene setting ideal for a most
memorable family vacation. Lovely picnics by the lake and gatherings in the living room around the large stone fireplace. Listening to the loons and owls at night is very special!
What a wonderful discovery Albiron Lodge on White Oak Pond was for us this past August. So much so that we've already arranged to go back next summer!
We have a full spectrum of ages in our family (ages 6 to 82) and everyone found much enjoyment of the loons, lakes, nearby hikes, quaint town of Holderness, and immersion in nature that surrounds this lovely, secluded house with enough room for a large family. We truly loved our week there!
I have twice had the privilege of staying here and on both occasions the worst part was leaving.
I particularly enjoyed kayaking around Blueberry Island which is situated in the middle of White Oak Pond and getting a close-up look at the loons.
For sheer peace and relaxation, I recommend, without reservation, this most glorious place.
I have stayed at this ultimate vacation spot more than once- it is serenity and nature in its purest form! The dock and changing room, the bar-b-que, the screened deck, the classy dining room the bedrooms are just perfect in every way. It's clean and airy but, private and peaceful. I highly recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to get a chance to spend some time in one of New Hampshire's best kept secrets. There's so many little treasure details to this spot you have to see it to believe it. Surrounded by the lake on 3 sides it's almost your own personal island with all the sounds of nature, loons, beavers and gentle wind through the pines....Great swimming, too!
