This modern security apartment is in a low level block of 6 floors with only two apartments per floor so provides plenty of privacy. It has a good balcony off the lounge area which offers shutter louvres and some water glimpses. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other having two singles, both offering wardrobe space and garden views plus the main bedroom has an en-suite. The other bathroom is located off the second bedroom.
The Apartment has an air-conditioner in the lounge dining area. There is modern kitchen together with quality appliances, dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge.
The lounge area offers not only air-conditioning but also a flat screen TV and DVD together with comfortable lounge seating plus there is a modern dining table seating 6.
The laundry offers a separate dryer and washing machine. This apartment is a two minute walk away to supermarkets, food court, restaurants, cinema and nearby Rhodes office park. The Olympic site at Homebush Bay is a 5 minute drive with the Bi-Centennial beautiful parkland and restaurants close by. There is a heated indoor pool in the building.
Security car parking is available so plenty of convenient comforts offered by this apartment especially with Rhodes rail station a short walk offering access to all parts of Sydney. A great home away from home.
