Fabulous, Fun and Friendly
Where the boardwalk ends and the fun begins. Fully furnished Studio Condo. Enjoy the quiet location of the north end of the boardwalk but know you are just a short walk to all the 'action'. VA Beach is very family friendly and features endless entertainment and music, much of which are free.
This quaint 42 unit complex isn't one of those big, faceless high rise buildings but instead offers a family friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. It is charming and inviting and convenient. The private front lawn with tables and chairs is perfect for Dolphin watching, eating or just relaxing.
The condo is equipped with a small kitchen making it nice for eating at least some of the meals at home. There is service for 4 people with pots and pans, dishes and glassware. There is a toaster and coffee maker and microwave in each unit along with a stove and refrigerator.
There is a flat screen TV and DVD player plus local cable stations.
The small conveniences of a hairdryer and iron are in your condo. You will enjoy a sparkling clean condo and just the right size for a one or two week stay.
Our private pool and beautiful deck is a lovely place to lounge if you prefer not to go to the beach. Or the back deck has tables and chairs and grills for enjoying an evening meal. A convenient on site laundry and nearby bike rentals as well as a 7-11 across the street are just a few of the added features.
Lots of concerts and fairs and festivals line the boardwalk from spring til fall and it's just a short walk along the boardwalk
Eat in or eat out? The choice is yours as there is a fully equipped kitchen for the quick meals but you are within minutes of hundresd of great restaurants. In fact one of VA Beach's finest restaurants, EAT, is located right on the propoerty.
Rent a bike, jog, roller blade or just plain stroll down the boardwalk or hop on the trolly or bus that passes directly in front of the building. Transportation is easy but you do have your own parking space on the propoerty in case you opt to drive.
Everything is clean and fresh and newly redecorated. It's a place you will want to return to year after year - like your second home.

I live and work in Northern VA. My company caters group picnics and I love what I do but I can't wait for every opportunity to escape to the beach. I especially love the spring and fall which I think are the best times of the year - plus I work a lot during the summer. One of my favorite things to do is to take photographs of everything at the beach. I have spectacular photos of sunrises and for the last 2 years I actually made calendars from the photos and gave them to the residents down there.
Peggy Jarman purchased this studio in 2009
I actually own 3 units at Oceans II so if this one isn't available, I may have another unit that is. A few years ago, I came to VA Beach with a friend who owned a unit at Oceans II. I fell in love with the quaint, small complex that had everything I wanted. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. The units are just big enough for a retreat but not so big one is constantly cleaning. I love being by the ocean no matter what the weather.
The boardwalk - that says it all. You can walk or ride to most any type of entertainment you like. Only a few of the units are rentals so many permanent residents are there creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and very family friendly. If you are lucky, you might even be able to catch the Sat. afternoon tapas.
Virginia Beach is great and very family oriented. There are festivals and music going on almost every weekend. This is the place to be! It's fun to rent bikes at a nearby bike rental as the bike path runs parallel to the 2 /12 mile boardwalk. One of the very best restaurants in town is located right in the Oceans II complex but there are endless great restaurants that you can walk or drive to. Minigolf, parasailing, shopping, maritime museums, nearby Norfolk, Williamsburg (about 1 hour away), fishing, bike rentals, ......so many fun things to do not to mention that VA Beach has endless festivals, concerts and boardwalk art shows including Beach Music Weekend, The Boardwalk Art Show, Neptune Festival, Surfing Competition, and Marathons just to name a few. The trolly runs right in front of the building and for $2 per person, you can ride it all day long up and down the boardwalk.
Norfolk airport is located about 30 minutes away for those coming from further distances and rental cars are available at the airport.
Edgar Casey Holistic Health Center is just 2 miles away and has a wonderful spa for massages or holistic healing and classes.
There is always something for everyone. The weekly fireworks help celebrate your stay in VA Beach.
