Mi Casa del Mar has a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Mexican Caribbean coast. You can spend your vacation to the Caribbean Sea breeze, lulled by the sound of water lapping the shoreline, settle down with a book, a walk to the beach or just your thoughts. If you want a change in routine on holiday, then this condo is very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and mahogany finishes throughout the house. With its 4300 sq. ft. (or 400 m2), it is the largest oceanfront penthouse in all Riviera Maya.

The living room has a television with Sky satellite channels, including 25 music channels. All rooms, but living room, have air conditioning. The master bedroom on the second level, has its own terrace and can keep you watching the sea while you fall asleep, but not before taking a shower overlooking the lush jungle of Quintana Roo. The other bedrooms have their thatched roof and a balcony overlooking the forest. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have king size beds and the third with 2 single beds. Each room with its own bathroom.

I built these condos, on 2002, and sold them all mostly to US families. Nice neighbours by the way.

I fell in love with this place because of the view, the breeze and the small entrace to the sea right in front of the building. The main beach is a 6 minutes walk from it.

NICE PLACE TO SEE THE STARS

Hello Eduardo! hey, we did see the falling stars that day you told us. Wow, it was a nice spot right there in front of the rocks as you said, and we did also set that bonefire, jeje. In general all good, Laura a nice girl, everything working fine, clean swimming pool, nice neighbors we had. Thanks a lot, looking forward to come back some other day. NICE EXPERIENCE, NICE BREEZE

In general the penthouse is very spacious and comfortable, the breeze is constant all the time outside on the terrace. Cleaning was good, i liked her, very Kind the señorita Laura.

IN NEED OF TLC

overall it was not a good visit. while the weather did play an uncontrollable factor in our vacation - the accommodation was not acceptable. the apartment is in desperate need of some love in so many ways - here's a few...

- several leaks (in several rooms and into your neighbours apartment)
- plumbing issues including two toilets not working, one flooding the bathroom, one that stinks, kitchen sink not working-flooded when we arrived, no hot water in master bathroom, all leaving a horrid sewage smell throughout the house and everything feeling damp.
- dirty: apartment had not been cleaned to a rentable standard.
- not enough towels (master bedroom had no towels)
- TV didn't work
- many lights didn't work?? a box of bulbs might be an easy fix??
- kitchen not well equipped: no toaster, bottle opener etc. etc etc….was extremely tough to cook any sort of a meal

The only plus was the two guys working for the building were attentive and helpful. Other than that - we were entirely dissappointed.

i am sorry for the issues you had in my apartment, but i solved them all, since the first moment you told me about them. It is difficult to have all perfect with this big condo, it's huge, and living oceanfront makes it even harder, as sea salt corrodes metals. Even though, i am always doing my best to keep everything perfect. I even bought a new plasma TV, toaster, etc.
Hope to hear son from you, to get to a better understanding for both parts
