Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 10th floor beach front

condo home with direct gulf view. Bedrooms are separated by living room and kitchen==privacy!! Watch the sunrise at one end of screened in wrap around lanai and gorgeous sunsets at the other.You can see the ocean from every room. Watch dolphins, and Roseate Spoonbills from Lanai..

WALK to 9 restaurants (including Santini Plaza across

street), shopping, bars, and a CVS. Grocery is 1.5 mi away. Shelling, warm WHITE sand, & swimming are everywhere,

Married for 30 years, we fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Ft. Myers Beach. As working medical professionals with an empty nest we vacation in sunny FL every chance we get.

Just beautiful

We've just returned to UK after an idyllic month on wonderful Fort Myers Beach in this beautiful condo. The condo is ideally situated near restaurants, shops and of course the unspoilt beach. It's a very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation and is everything you could wish for, for any family or couple. We would recommend it wholeheartedly. Can't wait to return!

Such a lovely apartment, homely yet modern. All the appliances are "top notch", the views panoramic, Seabirds fly past on a level with yourself...The Gulf of Mexico is just a walk thro the garden.
It is spacious, comfortable - not many people in their life, see these views across to Sanibel and find an Osprey eagle sat on their balcony in the morning !
And not many gaze at the golden sunsets across the horizon each early evening.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Each morning we had breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun come up and each evening we enjoyed a glass of wine watching the sun go down with spectacular colors. We liked bird watching from the lanai. The condo has everything you need and there are so many things to do close by. The shopping in the area is fantastic. I really liked Coconut Point. I also liked the fact that it is so close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Makes a great day trip. The selection of restaurants whether walking or driving is very good. The beaches are just beautiful. One morning the beach was covered with sand dollars! I was impressed by how clean the condo was and how nicely it was decorated. The pool was very nice and wasn't crowded. We had no problems. We will be back!

Tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, spacious condo. Reasonably equipped. Breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. Wraparound Lanai great for eating meals,cocktails, or watching sunsets over the beach. Tranquil sounds of the ocean can be heard from every room. Beautiful white sandy beaches are a real treat. Walking distance to most retail necessities.
Owner very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Enjoyed it so much we've come back for third year.
