The main log house (+7500 square foot) sleeps 16 + people very comfortably. Complete with full kitchen, great room, sitting and game areas, pool table, air hockey, foosball, 2 steam rooms, massage area, office with 2 desks, 2 fireplaces, 3 pellet & wood stoves.
Private hot tub, 105' wide screen HDTV with surround sound and Wi-Fi to boot! All of this among the trees where you will be totally alone!
For those who love to fish just step out the door to the 1 acre fully stocked pond, watch out for that eagle! Paddle the canoe around the pond or jump off the tire swing and be a kid again! Float the Snake River (only 30 minutes away) or the Henry's Fork (45 minutes away) and don?t forget there is the Teton River nearby too.
Our pond also attracts many types of animals. Imagine having your morning coffee or tea and seeing deer, moose, geese, bald eagles, osprey and several kinds of ducks. Occasionally we will see elk or foxes too. In the spring we have nesting pairs of geese and ducks that will entertain you for hours on end.
In spring, summer or fall hiking & mountain bike trails are just out the door and horseback riding is nearby.
Golf you say? There are several to choose from in Teton Valley (4) & Jackson Hole (2)! Looking for that big old grizzly bear? Explore Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park about an hour away. See if you can spot the elusive wolf. Go river rafting down the Snake, or climb the Grand Teton. Afterwards have a cold one at the Polar Bear bar or soak those tired muscles in the hot tub, ahhhhh!
If winter is your wish we are equal distance between Jackson Hole, Snow King & Grand Targhee (think powder!) Ski Areas. Jump on a snowmobile, the trail is just down the driveway, or snowmobile Yellowstone while you still can. Cross-country ski groomed trails just minutes away. Or back country ski and snowboard the Teton Pass. Build a snowman in the front yard or have that snowball fight you've been itching to have, duck behind that tree to save yourself! Remember you're never too young to make snow angels! Latter have a massage on our heated massage table.
Upon arrival your arrival you will find a welcome basket that includes touches of the local flavor of Teton Valley, trail guides and books on all types of activities in Teton Valley, Jackson Hole and the National Parks as well.
Romantic getaway, large family gathering, reunion, corporate retreat or wedding, this is the place to enjoy it all. Summer, winter, spring or fall there?s plenty to choose from. We have a large collection of VCR tapes (children's too), DVD's, games, puzzles, cards and books to keep everyone busy on those stormy days. We also have a pack 'n play & high chair for the young ones.
Our main house was added on to in 2006. The detached guest cabin has 2 baths, king bed in the loft, fold out couch, kitchen and dinning area, TV area with additional couch and lazy chair.
Other additional services include stocking refrigerator/bar, massages, golf, pool, gym and full spa at Teton Springs, each for a reasonable fee.
