4 Bedrooms + Office, 5.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-12)

This is a truly perfect vacation rental! The main views from the property overlook Beaver Creek mountain. Skiers can easily access Elkhorn lift, and spend the day on the mountain. Plus, it is easy enough to stop in for lunch or hot chocolate and return to the slopes. Non-skiers can enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, or shopping. Plus, the front door opens to an elevator that takes you right to the heart of Beaver Creek village. It is possible to spend a week here without a rental car! Beaver Creek village boasts a number of well-known fine dining establishments, plus many fun, family friendly eateries.

The summer months are equally enjoyable here. The mountain is accessible by chairlift with a number of hikes, Frisbee golf, and bike trails open to the public. Take a picnic or enjoy the restaurant at the top of the hill. There is also a mini golf course, climbing wall, and trampolines for the kids at the base of the hill. Many other recreational activities are in the area as well. And, don't forget, almost every day at 3pm, the Beaver Creek chefs pass out freshly baked cookies to everyone in the village. It is a one of a kind resort town!

Description of Home: The home is spacious enough for 2 families or 4 couples. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds and Jacuzzi tubs and showers, bedroom 3 has a king bed, pullout out sofa, and a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king) and a bath with shower. There is also room for 2 roll-aways in the office, with another full bathroom and steam shower. There is a large open living area with a huge dining room table big enough for all to gather. Plus, a media room on the lower level gives the kids a place to go. Steps out the back door there is a huge playground that the kids enjoy year round.

Not one detail has been overlooked in this multi-million dollar home. From the beautiful decor, top of the line appliances, and cozy robes in each bedroom, you will find all the comforts of your dream house!

Great Summer Getaway!

This was our first time vacationing in the mountains during the summer and we certainly picked the perfect place to stay. We have three kids (9, 7, and 3) and brought along Grandma and the Aunt and there was plenty of room for all, by far. Creek and mountain view from the Villa along with close proximity to village and use of Hyatt Mountain lodge amenities made this Villa top notch. It exceeded our expectations and highly recommend it to families. We will return.

Property FAR exceeded my expectations! I am a frequent renter of VRBO homes in the Vail/Beaver Creek area and this proper represents the best of Beaver Creek and VRBO. Everything was exactly as stated in the description and the owners where a delight to work with, which is a refreshing change to most VRBO owners. They went the extra mile to accommodate our every need and even provided their personal “local” knowledge on the best restaurants, events, attractions, lifts, etc.

One of a kind property! We honestly didn’t need our cars for a week. Location is unbeatable, and people would look at us with envy when we would walk/ski into the villa. Personal Hot Tub, Personal Sauna, Personal Work out room, Personal office/media room….. I have never found this many personal luxuries in such a prime location.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing home and making us feel so welcome. If you and your family are looking for true Luxury in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, I recommend this property for an unforgettable experience….we will definitely be repeat guests.

THE place to stay in Beaver Creek!

Many positives to highlight...first of which being the location. It is a true ski-in, ski-out property steps away from everything...rentals, ski school, ice-skating, dining, shopping, tubing... There is no need for a car. The home itself is beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable for two families of four. The hot tub, steam shower and sauna were all perfect after a long day of skiing! I would highly recommend Beano's cabin on the mountain for dinner one night. Owner was very helpful with answering all questions and concerns, I would absolutely recommend this property to others!
