Why Stephanie Morrison chose Rehoboth Beach
This house has it all! It's right on the lake for bird watching, fishing, and peaceful times on the dock. But... it's still at the beach!! We walk or bike to the beach in under five minutes. We walk to the shops and eateries in town in just 10 minutes. This cottage comes with its own romantic history. It was built by a bootlegger who picked up shipments on the ocean front, brought them across Silver Lake and stored them in the basement.
It's a perfect place to bring our dogs. We can let them out in the yard anytime. There's also a park two blocks away, and of course the beach in the early morning and evening - Dewey Beach only in the Summer, but it's just an extra block to walk.
What makes this house unique
Walk or Bike to the Beach, the Boardwalk, into town or out on the town! Parking pad for two vehicles saves you money on parking passes.
