House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4+)

This is the perfect home for a family with young children, who want a safe and fun home located close to the beach, parks, zoo, aquarium, museums, etc. We have a minivan with carseats, bikes, childrens toys, and an enclosed front and backyard. We also have many musical instruments, including several guitars and a full drum set in the garage! The weather is gorgeous and there is a bike path nearby you can take to the beach and either go North to Venice and Santa Monica, or South to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. Everything in the home is already 'Family-friendly' with washer and dryer in the garage, one-level house, dishwasher, humidifiers if kids get sick, infant swing and highchairs, etc...

I'm a stay at home mom of four boys under 6 years old and my husband works in the movie industry, so we travel with him on location, when he is 'shooting' away from the Los Angeles area.

This is our primary home at this time but we travel away quite a bit, due to my husband's occupation in the movie industry.

What makes this house unique

Gorgeous weather, beautiful yards, nice quiet, safe neighborhood, close to parks and beach and fantastic restaurants.

    Ideal home for young children. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second, a crib and toddler bed in the third (and a bassinet in the fourth). We also have a ton of toys, books and gear (strollers and car seats, infant swing and carriers)... especially for children 6 and under!

Great family-friendly house

We loved this house. It was clean and comfortable. My 3 year old particularly loved the swing-set in the yard and the owner's childrens' toys and books! The owners are very nice as well in our experience. I can recommend the house highly.
