Spectacular beachfront terrace villa in Los Barrilles

Our luxurious new villa is custom decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings and opens directly onto the terrace pool and beach. It sleeps 2-3 people (1 queen bed and a queen sleep sofa)and bests suits a couple. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, including designer china, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. The marble bath features a luxurious soaking tub and glass enclosed shower. You can walk directly out of your door onto the terrace with an infinity swimming pool and onto the uncrowded beach. The terrace is professionally landscaped and has comfortable outdoor furniture. You can dine in the villa or on the terrace. A stainless steel outdoor grill is available to grill your catch. This studio villa offers spectacular sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez.

Notes: Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer. The first level studio location and large sliding door effectively makes the pool and patio area an extension of the unit. Sit on the cushioned seats from our unit while you sip your coffee and watch the sun rise as the fishing fleet leaves for another day in pursuit of marlin, dorado and tuna. After fishing, the common gas grill is available to grill your catch. The completely furnished kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster oven, juicer and blender.

This was our second stay at the Villas and this particular condo was simply devine. The owners have obviously taken the time to make sure that the condo is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything is there that you could possibly need. We love Pedro who is just the best and for $10 the maids will do a load of laundry! We are looking forward to our next stay and will definately stay in this unit!

Wonderful Place!!!

We had a great time at this destination. It is VERY conveniently located on the ground floor and has everything you need for having the most relaxing vacation ever. We met several people renting from neighboring properties and they were all GREAT. In fact, one of them had a boat so we went out and caught some fish, including a marlin!

Los Barriles is perhaps the most laid back place I have ever visited.

Blissful week in Los Barriles

This was our 2nd trip to Los Barriles and the Villa De Cortez property so obviously we loved the area and the people! The studio property was perfect for my husband and I and was delightfully decorated and met all of our needs and more! It was immaculately taken care of and the property manager and staff at the resort(s) went out of their way to help you with anything and everything!! We plan to return as soon as possible and would definitely recommend this property! Thanks for making it such a wonderful experience and stay!

Vacationing at Villas de Cortez

The condo was a marvelous place to take a relaxing vacation. It is within easy walking distance of restaurants and services in Los Barriles. We were able to take long walks on the beach every morning as the condo is right on the water.The unit was very clean and well appointed. If we needed anything the condo manager was extremely helpful. Our neighbors were all very friendly which made us feel welcome and safe. Cary the owner was exceptional in answering any questions we had and provided us with lots of helpful information about Los Barriles. We loved the condo and the area . Hope we can return and stay at Villas again soon.

Perfect Paradise

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in July 2010 and had the time of our lives!
The condo was sooo comfortable and we met some really nice and hospitable neighbors
(hi Landy's).
All the staff at the hotel were very accomodating and the went out of their way to see that we had whatever we needed or asked for. It was so convienent to step out on the patio and have our morning coffee overlooking the ocean and pool area. We went fishing about 3 times, yellowtail, sounds weird but humbolt squid (for bait, never seen one in person...awesome about 30 lbs.), and one of the days a 334lb black marlin.
Can't wait to go back, THANKS for everything Cary...hopefully we can go again sooner than later!
I'm a little jealous, maybe someday we can have a place there too! Our hearts are in LB!
