Bevagna Villa Rental Photos and Description
2 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 4 Sleeps
Views of rolling hills, lush olive and cypress groves, a gorgeous pool, charming rustic architecture—if you’ve dreamed of it, villa Noci has it. Originally built in the 17th century, this three-bedroom stone farmhouse was recently renovated and is now part of the vast Castello di Reschio estate. Use the villa as you would your own home in the Umbrian countryside—there’s even a self-contained guest annex for visitors—or let the estate’s staff pamper you.
Step outside of Noci, and you’re greeted by panoramic views of the hills near Cortona and Perugia. Two pergola-covered terraces and one loggia are the perfect spots to sit, dine and enjoy the fresh air, and lush terraced gardens lead down to the split-level infinity pool. If you can tear yourself away from the vista, there is a flat-screen TV inside.
Thanks to the recent renovation, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other, creating a breezy, convivial feel. Cotto floors, vaulted ceilings and the large living room fireplace are nods to the building’s heritage, while large arched windows and doors are welcome modern additions. The style is comfortable and modern, with a tufted sofa, bistro-style dining chairs and pale wood cabinets against dark stone counters in the fully equipped island kitchen.
There are two bedrooms in the main house at Noci, and one in the guest annex. In the main house, both bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms; one bedroom also has a fireplace, study, private loggia and access to the garden. The guest annex has its own living room and kitchenette as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
During your stay, the staff at Castello di Reschio can arrange for horseback or mountain bike rides, use of the tennis court, chef service and even a personal driver. If you’d like to explore on your own, it’s a 20-minute drive to Cortona, a 30-minute drive to Perugia, a 90-minute drive to Florence and a 120-minute drive to Rome.

Castello di Reschio is a very private estate that covers 2,700 acres of Umbrian countryside on the border with Tuscany. This is the green heart of Italy, a land of rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and woods of oak and chestnut, where little has changed since St Francis of Assisi preached here in the Middle Ages.
Scattered around this unspoiled landscape are 50 farmhouses that seem as ancient as the hills. To date more than twenty have been beautifully restored for clients to create private houses, tailored to individual tastes in a style and quality of finish that meets the highest international standards. Each home is unique and has been created and furnished by the owners of Castello di Reschio, Count Antonio Bolza and two generations of his family who live in the 11th century Castello and run this magnificent estate.
Integral to Reschio is a unique combination of world class service and facilities, privacy, security and nature at its most tranquil. The 5* concierge service available to all guests through the Estate Management Company includes personal drivers, daily maid service, food delivery and cooking services.
Residents can enjoy classic Italian food in the delightful setting of the Osteria, horse-riding, mountain biking and country walks on the estate and floodlit tennis.
Castello di Reschio is centrally placed to enjoy the highlights of Umbria and Tuscany and is only 20 minutes from Cortona or half an hour from the galleries, churches, opera, film and jazz festivals or theaters in Umbria's capital city, Perugia. Florence and Rome are within two hours drive, and Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto are all close by.
